Surgery doesnt change your kibbe type. People thought Dita was a TR prior to David Kibbe typing her. Also Kim Kardshian has had surgery to look more yin, possibly more TR like. It hasn't changed the fact that she's a SN.

So actually Veronica Lake is kibbe verified! It's because although shes logistically short, her appearance gives her longer vertical than a gamine plus her proportions are very symmetrical in line with the classics - but I didn't make the speculation of her being a SC, shes one of the few verified ✨
