@@Zivon96 Surely just get either a helmetless marine in alpha legion colours or a helmeted marine in first founding colours. It's lore accurate (and the spear was Omegon's)

I think that's consistent across the books but what exactly constitutes each rank has been changed several times as the lore has been rewritten (I think Gideon Ravenor was originally said to be alpha plus but his greatest feats largely consist of psychically communicating across a planet and killing a few people with his mind so has since been downgraded to high delta/low gamma). The main scale is just the greek alphabet with alpha plus for anything too strong to fit on the scale (like Malcador, Magnus and the Emperor). There's also been some mention of further descriptors which can modify the classification of the psyker. I believe there was a Theta class psyker who was basically undetectable and not deemed enough of a threat to concern the inquisitors present as their powers were "passive and singular" in that they could share their senses with only one person at a time and were incapable of detecting thoughts or emotions back. Generally any major named psykers will probably be Eta (rank 9) or higher (probably much higher). I don't think it was confirmed but I suspect the scale is exponential so alpha plus, alpha or beta psykers are a big deal being enough to endanger worlds (as established, Gideon is one of the strongest psykers in the inquisition and has been relegated to rank 4 or 5).
