This is harder than you think, and the video shows. He should have gone thru the extra steps, on how many screws and where. Also, that the keyboard needed to be disconnected as well. The video only shows part of the steps.

@Javier Blac Nope, it's attached firmly on both ends tightly fitting into the compartment. Also the 9 pin connector end is slided in between 9 pin socket and has two other ends for support as well. You can't just lift it up.
