Hi, do you have video for screen replacement in this model? You said it's very low quality and I agree! What sort of panel could be a nice upgrade to this screen, can you post compatible links? Thanks for the clear instructions on battery replacement!

@@uFixTek I like the matte finish, but angle viewing is very poor on "BOE CQ NT156FHM-N62". Not sure if a OLED or an IPS panel (with matte finish) is available

I accidentally cut my wifi cables when trying to remove them. Does this mean I have to buy a new laptop?

Thank you for the feedback! if you wish to support the channel you can LIKE or SUB or both :P regarding your question: it all depends of how you use it, few factors you need to take in account: -screen brightness -CPU usage _background apps -playing games or watching videos and few other stuff the duration of the battery can be anywhere from idle 6h (lowest brightness and clean startup) all the way to 40min with full load max brightness

I tried this however nothing happens, i Even tried charging the battery until the white light arrived but pc does not start. When power button is pressed the light flickers once then then nothing happens

does your laptop power on with charger connected? if not then you have a component issues, because the laptop should turn on without the battery connected.

@@uFixTek Before I installed the new battey it operated solely on power from the adapter. Being that it has issues do u think it will be a simple fix ?

yes, i get this laptops for repair and usually is a mosfet on board that is damaged, any technician that know how to repair components can fix this, it should not cost more that 20-30usd. so if you remove the battery and plug in with power adapter it runs?

@@uFixTek still doesn't power up I'm going to check if it's in hibernation then going to try leave the laptop so it discharges

disconnect the battery and charger and press and hold the power button for 60sec that way you can discharge the board completely, and then test.
