I want to use for Graphic Design, KZfaq videos, UX/UI. I hope this is good enough for professional use. I have watched videos on monitors and lots of people using $2,000-$6,000 monitors no way I can afford that right now. Good video btw! Us Paul's have to stick together! 🤣🤣

yeah, thanks that was a sympathetic immersive tutorial I want to buy one, but I'm wondering how my old HP 27 (1920-1080) would display side to side if my graphic card is showing at 4K...what are the disagreements in that case.??..I'm using a Nvidia 3080 RTX. thanks again. doing mostly 3D projects architecture animations and photography ...if this would give any help.

Bought this monitor in January of this year. USB ports do not function. Sent for repair March 13, 2024 and just received it back May 23, 2024. The same problem exist and now the casement has been chipped all over. Have had numerous conversations, emails, with Asus support and still they have not complied with fixing the issue and due to the casement damage they need to replace the monitor completely. Guess I will need to post this in a KZfaq video.

2:08 I understand that 4K monitors have 4x the number of pixels compared to FullHD 1080p monitors: 3840x2060 vs 1920x1080.

Would you recommend this monitor for a macbook air m1 16gb ram (mostly excel text mails )and would it work with usbc cable included or usea a dp to usbc or hdmi to usb c?

1440p is better for macbooks. I returned the 4K

This has 24% reviews of 3 stars and under on Amazon. Constant complaints are (1) it doesn't play nicely with Macs and (2) Asus customer support is bad. So IF you have a problem with this monitor, it seems you have a big headache in front of you.

Hi, thanks for this review. I have this monitor a few days now, coming from a 27" iMac Late 2013. The iMac has a little more glare which makes everything a little more vibrant/shiny. The Asus is very good as well, but misses the premium look and feel. The most annoying thing about the Asus so far is the wobbling while typing on my keyboard. I don't know if there is something to do about that other than buying a decent monitor stand, but it really is a bummer. Tha backside of the monitor is also very ugly compared to the iMac.

I'm looking at this monitor because of 27" 5K iMac is too slow now editing photos (going from Lightroom and Photoshop) and can't handle 4K video. I've got a PC which can handle it, but need a better monitor. I love the iMac monitor. What's your opinion on the image quality and colour accuracy?

This is 8-bit, not 10-bit color monitor. ASUS is not honest to say that it’s 10-bit!

If you connect Display Port cable (which is included) to your graphic card (check nvidia settings), you will see that it is 10 bit monitor. And then do the test.
