Hi Dan, want to double-check with you. For the seat depth adjustment from 5:20 - 5:41. Do the armrests move with the seat base? If it does, it would mean the armrest distance gets further away from the backrest if the seat depth is extended.
@markvanyo4302
@markvanyo4302 5 ай бұрын
At 1:43 and at 5:36 I saw the arm rests move at the same time as the seat pan or bottom. The beauty of the arm rest pads is you can rotate them 180 degrees to offer more or less support. I'm a new fan of this channel as I browse for a new office chair I don't really need.

I've been using a full mesh chair for about 4 years now. While it's really nice to sit in (kind of the point), It collects funk like nothing else. The horizontal planes below/near the mesh just become petri dishes that stack dust, hair, you name it. Even with a normal cleaning regime, it's a very big pain point. I think my next chair will probably be much simpler in design with an emphasis on ergo without mesh.

In leu of ergonomic chairs with gamer chair type recline, I was wondering if you could review this chair from HINOMI called the H1 Pro, a fully mesh chair with a ton of adjustability, I came across it on Instagram and watched some reviews on KZfaq and it seems like a really great chair, I haven’t however been able to find any reviews that also compare it to other great chairs like Herman Miller Aeron or Vantum etc. And I’m really curious as to how it stacks up, and I love your reviews

Oh boy, So I tried to reach you out on IG about a mesh seat for a tall guy, sadly didn't get an answer so I went for an exhasutive hunt for a mid range chair and went and bought a Hbada E3 Supreme with some doubt in my mind. Thing is, it was extremely difficult to know wheter I'd get it or not because they weren't shipping it for weeks, until it arrived just yesterday! It was a kinda pleasant surprise, I went and build it and seem to be a solid choice for a mesh seat, only time will tell. Then you just upload this video from a reputable brand with a chair that has almost everything I wanted, a little cheaper than my new chair, and has a ton of stock in a local store here in Mexico. With my luck I'm hoping not to regret my buy and wonder if I should've gone for this Asus one. On the bright side, my chair has a footrest which seems amazing for my home office setup :) would be nice to see what are youre thoughts on this model (although judging from this review, maybe it wont amuse you as much as thi ROG chair)

I have had 2 expensive gaming chairs in the past and they were terrible, They all have that flat back rest and just give you a little uncomfortable pad with straps. When this office chair wears out I will look at the ASUS chair, May as well match the rest of my PC ROG setup.

I'm 5'8 and the Gesture didnt fit me at all, lumbar too high and weak and backrest designed for taller people. It also really needed a position lock for the tilt in between the ones it has. I have the Fern in digital knit, and I'm genuinely interested in how this chair holds up over time. I love the Haworth overall, but it is undoubtedly an ergonomic office chair first and foremost, with a firm seat and a long break in period. This chair seems like it might offer a better first impression if you're not used to high end ergo, or you plan to primarily use it for gaming and lounging. My other seat is a Shaquille O'Neal Nereus, and I would undoubtedly take either one of these over that monstrosity.

To begin with, the base of the mesh chair lasted 3 days, taut, then it began to loosen, to the point that now the padded front support comes out of the mesh when I sit down, I'm afraid that in a month the literal chair will be looser, I didn't think it would lose its tension so quickly, everything else is ok, but now I feel like I'm sitting in a hammock, instead of an ergonomic chair, I guess That was too good to be true.

Hey! Please do not see this as medical advice, but trying to garner what I’ve heard from other folks + suggestions from me. So, I would start with a Haworth fern because they have an excellent return policy, unlike ASUS. The chair comes assembled and goes back assembled. I’m pretty sure ASUS would make you disassemble your chair to send back. Buy it and don’t be scared, bc you can return it! Now is a great time bc of the sale (please consider using my link if you purchase! Helps a lot!) Now, from what I’ve seen, get the non lumbar version. People with disc pain noted it can be too aggressive. I personally think digital knit is the king of backrests. Now if you get it and like it, all is well. But if you feel like your lumbar region isn’t being supported, I would say you could try the ASUS, but it will be a bit more risky of a purchase and may want to experiment with other brands with excellent return policies. Check out my part 2 of this video where I compare the ASUS destrier with many other chairs! Hope this helps! Please consider using my links if you purchase and let me know what you end up with!!!

@@novamatter3432 My secretlab is too hard and not adjustable enough. I too believed it was garbage, so I bought a Gesture to replace it and learned that my secretlab is actually a way more comfortable chair to sit in, and not by a small amount. The Gesture sucked. Now I'm just confused about what I should replace it with as I returned the gesture and am way less trusting of online reviews. Also from Australia.

@@shoppster300 Honestly the best chair i've come across is the Herman Miller Embody. Its from their gaming collection. Its definitely not cheap. I'm in Canada so msrp is about $2400 but they have a 20% sale.

Wanted to get a new chair with mesh, was looking at Herman Miller chairs, until I saw this one, price is a bit high, but not as high as HM chairs. However Ive seen some concerns about the armrests moving alot with normal use. Cant wait for followup video

Hii! I have a very important question to ask you, they just put them back on sale here in Mexico, and I bought one in one of the official computer stores (and associated with Asus I think) in Mexico, at the price of 475 dollars, I'm waiting for it to arrive by shipment, do you think it is the same quality like this? I wonder why they are so cheap now (in the online store when they came back they had 57 available, now 48). Greetings!

Hi, I can’t really tell you the answer for that! I’m also wondering why they’re so cheap. If you’re getting the same chair for half the price, that’s a huge win win in my book!

Need to remember this chair for When I have a job (since Im still studying). I have the money but I think 900 for a chair is not really something I want to spend on a chair right now. It looks super comfy and since Im a gamer + like to work out + gonna have a job where Im gonna sit a lot (software developer or something that direction) this chair looks amazing.
