The solution I found to get all kind of apps pinned on the screen pad 2.0 : 1- Launch the app on your desktop screen 2- Drag the window down to the screen pad : the window will now be on the screenpad 3- Now touch the bottom of the screenpad to make the little toolbar appear 4- Click on the 2 windows (right to the home button) 5- Drag the app to the right box (which has the thumbtack) 6- The app is now pinned to the screenpad :)

Hello Sir, thanks for this video. I have a brand new Asus s15 532fl laptop, I love this pc, but after a week, due to stupid Windows update, my OS crashed. The Asus technician reinstalled a fresh Windows OS, however now, the Screenpad isn't working properly, also unable to perform Windows updates....they are working on reinstalling the ver 1909 of Windows since the one installed was of a lower version...Any advice on how to get my Screenpad and everything else working properly? Also, how do I get back the pre installed Asus apps like Audiowizard etc ? Thanks 🙏

@asus I installed several ScreenPad Apps from the store, but I can't start any of them. Installing and starting the App from the store will always send me back to the store. I can see that the Apps are installed on my computer, but there is no way to start them. Even the toolbar I see in all videos isn't available. My model is X532FLC_S532FL. Pls help. it's so frustrating.

The support for the screenpad is terrible. Some of the online information obviously is for a different version, and other information - while relevant - doesn't answer the questions you might have. Live customer support has no clue about this software either. So far I'm very disappointed with the customization potential of the screenpad...I thought it would be far easier to customize.

** SOLUTION SOLUTION ** Facing problem with screen pad If you are unable to use screen pad apps and its tool bar just follow the steps. 1- Go to : Microsoft store, 2- Go to : Download and updates, 3- Go to : Ready to install, 4- and then install the all screen pad apps( My Asus, Screen Pad Toolbar, Screen Expert) and its done.

When I do this, it installs it on the computer but doesn't show on the screenpad. When I open on the computer, it just opens up the Microsoft store.
