I'm not too sure where to say this so i'm going to say it here, I weighed 107KG, now i'm with 77Kg (1m86). since i started this journey with Kelli and Daniel, i'm really thankful to both of you, you are a source of motivation and inspiration, i think i wouldn't be capable of loosing this much weight by myself. So just for that, Thank You :) It's was Damn Hard, i almost passed out multiple times the 1st two weeks LOL, but it was worth it. To the people who want to loose weight, don't overwork your body, do HIIT 3 time a week MAX, you can also go for a run if you want to, but most importantly, eat healthy, drink lot water, if you can't do a Video in one time, it's ok, do what you can, next day or so try again, don't give up, if you read this is because you whant to change. Keep up the hard work :) Sorry if my english is terrible i'm not a native english speaker. Thanks for Reading me.

Legit the first workout I've seen where the instructor tells you to listen to your body and find where your most comfortable. It made me feel really good at the end of the workout and motivated me to keep going. Thank you so much for this. Its absolutely amazing

So happy to have found Kelli and her pilates techniques!! I feel accomplished after her workouts, and she's so kind and sweet in her instructions, makes me feel less intimidated and more apt to keep returning! Love her attitude and how she explains that "exercise is a question, not a demand" on your body, truth! I never comment on these kinds of things, but really wanted to express my appreciation here! 😁

Thanks!!! I work out every day with your workouts. I started a 90 days challenge with a friend to lose weight. I was 67kg and after 60 days I'm 59kg :)....my goal is 58...yay!!!!!

Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. kzfaq.infoUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!

I found Fitness Blender workouts when I was looking for simple, at-home workouts on KZfaq. I've tried all kinds of exercise and these videos are INCREDIBLE!!! I just did the pilates butt and thigh workout and it was SO relaxing, more than I had anticipated. Usually, I'm rushing to get through a workout, but I felt like this workout was super short! It felt like 5 minutes. I also love how the instructor is not telling you to 'push' through a workout beyond capacity. It was a very supportive way to motivate viewers. From this video, I have learned that as my body gets stronger, I can push myself more and more. My butt and thighs also felt the burn! I love your work and have subscribed to your channel! I think this is one of the most "kellish" or "kellitic" workouts. I love workouts which Kelli adds her own moves rather than traditional ones. Practising new kind of exercises keeps my motivation and satisfaction at high levels even after completed maybe hundreds of workouts of this marvelous channel.

I didn’t think I’d get much out of this workout. I did it to get my 30 minutes in for the day. I woke up this morning so sore! Wow! That’s why I love fitness blender though - you can do a low impact workout and still feel the burn. Best workout videos on KZfaq!

I feel so energized and relaxed all at the same time. The pace was perfect, the narration during the exercises motivated me and I feel absolutely GREAT. I 'm.not doing this with fitness fanatics at a gym. This is in the c comfort and space of home. Thank you Fitness Blender\Kelly! May just have a summer body for the 🌴beach here in NOT Jamaica!

I have hip arthrosis and this work-out really helps strengthen the muscles around the joint. Also it is really nice to be reminded that having a limited range of motion doesn’t matter. I love your video’s, thanks for making them!

Great workout. No muss, no fuss, no BS, just simple exercises at a great pace with good instruction. As hard as you want to make it, and good stretching and really felt like it was a great workout. I really appreciate that it's simple and without extraneous commentary about random things that don't have anything to do with the exercises. Very calming effect. Thanks so much!

I love this workout!!! Totally burns the muscles in a different way. I always do your HIIT and strength videos and am realizing I need to throw in more pilates ones. LOVE the burn it gives me. Thank you for being such a great instructor!!

Like everyone in these comments, I just wanted to thank you guys for always bringing us such reliable and supportive content, for all fitness levels. I started doing your exercises around 2-3 years ago and made a lot of progress physically, however I had to stop as I slowly developed an eating disorder and was using exercise as a way to compensate for eating. But after undergoing recovery, I’ve slowly started to incorporate exercise into my daily routine again, simply because it feels good, and not to attain any sort of body shape. Since I’m in my final year of high school, it’s a bit difficult to find time and do exercise consistently, hence, this is the first workout I’ve finished in around 3-4 months, and just hearing Kelli’s supportive comments about listening to your body, and reminding us that everyone starts somewhere, it was so motivating and encouraging and is really helping me get into the mindset of why we get into fitness in the first place - to honour our bodies and our minds, to push ourselves whilst also being proud of wherever we are at this exact moment. Thank you so much for the amazing content you produce and you inspire so many of us to get fit and healthy, the RIGHT way, whilst also being heavily accessible. Have a good day!

Sitting at the desk all day has left me with major lower back pain. This workout was a relief! I haven't worked out in a while, but this will help me ease into it again. THANK YOU GUYS! Loved the routine, it wasn't super hard but definitely nice for an evening workout in between study sessions.

Solin T. Have u checked in with ur GP? Because I thought the same thing and it turned out to be scoliosis. U can get headaches as well which I would’ve ascribed to the sitting/office work too so I’m glad I found out the reason by chance (an orthopaedic doctor looking at my back) ..And it made all the difference in the world having had the diagnosis 🙂👍🏻

you guys are awesome!!! i was pretty overweight back in 2015 and lost about 40 lbs from just running/walking and portion control then got stuck for a couple years because of college and i think my body got used to what i was doing. i started doing your workout videos about 3 months ago and i feel so much stronger and i’m in the best shape of my life about 10lbs down! gonna keep working hard to get to where i want, thank you so much!!!!

I just completed your workout for the very first time and I wanted to let you know I really enjoyed it. I have quite a few medical conditions which limit my mobility and even though I felt the workout in my muscles it wasn't painful. When I was younger I was able to do more intense workouts, but that's just not the case any longer. So thank you very much!

Lisha Lewis I tried but I cannot handle the thing and end up wriggling around all tied up like a psychotic caterpillar 🐛 😷🙈 My bf laughed at me so hard he cracked his toe in the process and he won’t give it back to me so I can’t do any more damage 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

Swede Potato Pie the cheap ones really will do that. Or a lot do after awhile. You can get a hip circle with a slip grip inside but they are a little harder than the mini bands at first

I used ankle weights. Woke up just not into any jumping today upper body sore from a strength workout. I think you are so right. It's not flashy or exciting but having suffered back and knee issues and now arthritis, pilates is important.

This is exactly what I needed today. Not too difficult but I think I will feel it later as you have warned. I have glute, hip and hamstring issues and these videos really help me work through those problems and therefore enable me to do harder workouts and run again.

I think this workout is perfect for waking your body up in the morning. The challenge is to not to just flip it through but mindfully make your muscles work.

I feel so relaxed and peaceful after this one. Completed at 10pm, was going to skip working out today but I'm glad I did this! Even though I did not sweat, I know my butt and thighs will be sore tomorrow!

Day 32. I didn’t want to go too hard today because I’m fasting. But I binged on ice cream yesterday. It’s been a while since I did that. I’m disappointed but progress isn’t linear and at least I did something today. This one was refreshing and gave just that nice bit of burn. Thanks!

I'm getting over a cold and this one was perfect for today since I can't breathe well and didn't feel like doing hiit or cardio.. I did your 10 min total body warm up first to get my heart pumping a little bit.

I did this with xx-heavy bands and boy was it a workout! My whole body has a sheen of sweat, this was perfect for today when I didn't want to do cardio or lifting. Thanks Kelly!!

Kelli thank you so much. You did what doctors couldn't do for me. This workout works wonders for my hip bursitis pain. I do it twice a week and boom ready to carry out with life with minimal pain and toned legs is a cherry on cake.

Solid. Good pace. Good for over 50 routine. I had to modify the on all 4s routines due to my neck injury. I got down on the forearms with my forehead on the Matt and did opposites for 2 sets instead of focusing on one side at a time. This allow for a break in my neck muscles.

Y'know, I really enjoy how gentle these exercises are. Some of them I had to do for physical therapy, especially the clamshells. I remember that my physical therapist said the clamshells can be made more difficult by allowing the shoulders to move forward, that way all of the effort is placed on the hip. Either way, thank you both for these videos!

I followed this workout when it first came out and I remember it being the first video that taught me mind to muscle connection and how to listen to my body, I used to struggle with this and years later I’m doing it as a leg day finisher, still great and still holds a special place in my heart 🙏🏻🩷

This one is a sleeper, lol tried this yesterday... it wasnt too difficult bec Ive been constantly exercising since january. The next day my abs and butt feel sore.. good kinda sore, thanks kelli!

Thanks.. I opted fir this work out on week three, first day of the low impact 4 wk program. Nursing a muscle pull of some type in my right arm so was happy to have an alternate choice today fir a workout without weights. Felt like I got a good lower body workout on the sunny but cold beautiful morning here in Wisconsin!

So great! I've been dealing with hip instability for a looonnggg time and I love what you said about exercise is a question not a demand. Well I've been demanding my body to do exercises and never listened, well my body rebelled with major IT band issues and pain. These glute and hip stability workouts have been doing wonders for my pain and mobility. I'm finally able to squat pain free for the first time in like 2 years. Thank you 🙌🏾

Hi Kelli. I’ve always loved Pilates, but it’s been a while since I’ve done any since I’ve been getting into more strength training and HIIT. So this felt extra good today. Loved the focus on the legs and butt. Thanks for an excellent routine!
