Join me in another 'At Home with Helen'. A couple of air fryer snacks, some glass cleaning tips and why I nearly didn't make it.....!!!
Air Fryer Mozarella Sticks and some healthy chick pea snacks.
Cut 250g of Halloumi into finger sized sticks. Pat dry and coat with a mix of cornflour, cumin, paprika, garlic salt and chilli powder.
Measurements: 1 tbsp of cornflour and 1 tsp of the rest of the ingredients. You can use whatever you fancy. Coat the cheese in the coating mix and air fry for about 15 mins on 180.
Chick pea mix is almost the same, just start with two cans of chick peas, rinse and pat dry. Then coat with the same mix as above but also 1tbsp of dark brown sugar and 2 tbsp of olive oil. I cooked these for 30 mins on 180, but just keep an eye on them and you can see when they're ready (they continue to crisp as they cool).

Window cleaning. Hot water with a good squirt of washing up liquid and about a teaspoon of white vinegar. Wash with one cloth, vac or squeegee the excess water and polish off with a micro fibre cloth, so easy and effective.
