My brother Chris developed this full body workout that he calls the “animal walk”. Here is an outline of the workout:
-5 mountain climbers
-duck walk 10 yards (or predetermined distance)
-ten air squats
-broad standing jump back to start
-5 mountain climbers
-gator walk 20 yards
-10 air squats
-broad standing jump back to start
-5 mountain climbers
-inch worm walk 30 yards
-ten air squats
-broad standing jump back to start
-5 mountain climbers
-bear crawl 40 yards
-broad standing jump back to start
Try to complete three complete sets in under 15 minutes.

Hey! We are all good, thanks for checking. I’ve been really busy with this job I took back in June of 2022 and while I have been learning a ton of great stuff about home building, I’ve sadly lost a lot of time that I would have dedicated to KZfaq. I started off with this company as a building foreman where I would oversee the finishing out of a house and now I am an assistant superintendent and am currently building my second house from start to finish. It’s been a great experience. Thanks for checking in! How have you been?
