My brother Chris developed this full body workout that he calls the “animal walk”. Here is an outline of the workout:
-5 mountain climbers
-duck walk 10 yards (or predetermined distance)
-ten air squats
-broad standing jump back to start
-5 mountain climbers
-gator walk 20 yards
-10 air squats
-broad standing jump back to start
-5 mountain climbers
-inch worm walk 30 yards
-ten air squats
-broad standing jump back to start
-5 mountain climbers
-bear crawl 40 yards
-broad standing jump back to start
Try to complete three complete sets in under 15 minutes.
