Funny, I use dilute dish soap in a regular spray bottle for small wasp nests and hidden black widows. Works fine although if there are survivors they will be back.

M9 was basically a combat failure. Did the AK bayonet have any significant combat success?

It should be great weather for it! Get to those places early before they get busy and bring gnat spray because the gnats are in full swing right now. Also, watermelon goes well with swimming. Enjoy!

I have a US Marine corps issue 1989 box and wrappings Ontario us.looks like your knife. My family was in the military it was given to me. Very nice knife u have . I also have Vietnam army knife era military issue it goes on the end of the M16 I believe or 14. That was given to me by a family member getting into older military I like knives I'm more into Buck 110s old ones Kershaw older ones have lots of them knifes. Good video. They're even copying our silver coins China ruining the silver coin hobby . They make watches super clone and coins hard to tell to the newer people getting into the hobby. Anyways nice knife I'll be looking to get in to a new kabar us new . The only reason I have the military ones they were given to me older family members friends too got an Air Force pilot Ontario knife Vietnam smaller knife .

Let’s make this thing straight. The AK bayonet you feature in this video is NOT Soviet, but an East European.

@@oursimplestorychannel First, pretty good video. Please don’t make my comments belittle it in any way. However, the bayonet was made somewhere else other than USSR. Which means it was not built within confines of the Soviet Military Industry with its strict standards and testing. But within some other country with its own industrial capabilities and limitation. Is it made with same materials, is it heat treated the same way, are the tolerances kept, is it tested with the same rigor, etc. Just like the rifles (AK) themself that are made in different countries are not the same. Like the Egyptian Maadi is differen from East German MpKi or Romanian SAR or WASR is diferent from Polish AKM, etc. I am not even talking about Chinese Type 56 and Yugoslav M70. All of these rifles are close variants and built off the same set of blueprints (exception being the Yugo M70) and yet there are different in overall finish, quality and even performance. Same applies to the gun’s accessories including bayonet. That is all I am saying. One more thing the M9 is more contemporary to the AKM Type 2 rather than Type 1. By the time the M9 came about, the Soviets have already fazed Type 1’s out. The correct comparison would have been M7 vs. Type 1. And I can with most certainty say that M7 would win.

I have a hornet's nest right above my door and another one I'll buy the garage My truck is parked in between. I started spraying was spray yesterday and I swear to God these things were waiting for me when I got home from work. They're evil and don't like them lol they scare me, I've been stung before and it really hurts. I'm going to try your dish soap remedy. I'm terrified

Great video. Thank so much. Feels much better than the toxic spray. Hope it is just as successful. I feel sorry for the wasps, but my animals can't be stung by them, especially my crazy dog wants to hunt and eat them. Last year he looked like Goofy when they stung him. Fortunately nothing serious happened as he is not allergic, but I was terrified and took him to the vet, just in case. Now they are back and I won't let repeat that incident again. Thank you very much. Greetings from Europe :)

One big mistake you made. DO not spray the nest during the day. You will only kill the ones who are "home" and lots are gone. Wait until after dark, when all of them are on the nest and then go with your flash light and spray them. If you don't get all of them, the missed ones come back and re build. This works on Wasps, Hornets, Bees, but please never spray them. The way to make a can of wasp killer worth it, is to get the kind that sprays FOAM. Then follow the same only at night spray

Privet requires neglect and lots of sunlight.. I plant trees to compete for sunlight on my borders and it will eventually give up. Keep and eye out for sprigs in the spring. It spreads quickly by birds and root. If your neighbors have it then you have it. I hate 😒 it!

I have the same solar shower and LIKE it, not love it. I dislike the shower head off/on thingy as it seems to get "stuck" and requires a hard smash to shut it off which is annoying AND TAKES TWO HANDS. It also requires you to kind of waste a little water on your hand when you shut it off. I also don't like the long hose. I'm trying to replicate a REAL SHOWER, like at home, so I want the shower head UP HIGH. Which brings me to my question: Have you ever thought about taking that 2.5 gallon water thingy with the white flip on/off thing and just putting that on top of your truck? Attach a SHORT hose with shower head and you have an easy on/off with one hand AND it sits higher thus you can get under it easier than most solar showers which I find have WAY too long of hose. Thanks!
