Emre Belozoglu's Fenerbahce. After the non exciting play style of previous manager, Belozoglu makes the team play a 4-5-1/4-1-4-1 with no natural wingers and all midfielders with a huge emphasis on passing and possession game

We are used to playing with only one player up front so that didn't change. Having another central mid helped us retain even higher possession of the ball and allows us to have another player to distribute the ball.

My favorite tactical manager and coach. I wish football manager was better at providing tactical roles to reflect 3-4-1-2/3-4-3 tactics like his. For instance, Gosens and Hateboer are what people in Spain call "carrillero", a total wide midfielder and wing back hybrid. In football manager though, carrillero is a useless player who for whatever reason is on the middle of the pitch. The defensive winger on the game is what a real carrillero is. As for centre backs, the game should be more flexible. Apart from the central defender, the other two should also act like right or left backs, to cover that area of the pitch, depending on how the game flows. But we can use a back 3 with only one defender, a right and a left back paired with wide mids or defensive wingers up front. So mister RDF, please try at some point to replicate Gasperini's tactics once again in the future with only one defender and wide mids/defensive or mid wingers in the future lol

It depends. The PF needs to be a physical powerhouse, the DLF needs to be more intelligent, have vision, team work and composure. The CF needs to be all of this

É difícil criar táticas com 3 defensores no football manager. Primeiro pq no jogo é impossível fazer com que os zagueiros ocupem os lados do campo, todos ficam centralizados. Segundo, a função wing back é muito mal feita, já que eles são antes de tudo defensores de lado do campo, e não meio campistas abertos como acontece na vida real. Na vida real, esse seria o carrillero, que no jogo inexplicávelmente é uma função de meio do campo, e não um meia aberto/lateral. Admiro muito o Ruben e tentei várias vezes imitar ele no jogo, minha solução foi: 3 atrás, um ball playing defender, um inverted wing back e outro full back. Sim, só um zagueiro. No meio: deeplying playmaker e ball winning midfielder centrais, wingers do lado a frente do full back e do inverted wing back. Frente: attacking midfielder, deeplying forward e advanced forward. Na minha opinião, esse é o melhor jeito de usar 3-4-1-2 no jogo. Quando quero usar algo mais próximo do 5-2-3, mudo os wingers para defensive wingers

@@ferrenberg sim os alas têm esses problemas. Por exemplo, o ala é muitas vezes aquele que pressiona o lateral da equipa adversária, o central do mesmo lado desse lateral cobre as suas costas e faz uma linha de 4 com os outros defesas. Sabendo desses problemas, o que eu gostava de ver era uma forma mais fiel de como os extremos neste sistema funcionam, pois jogam muito por dentro e no jogo é praticamente impossível fazer isso (as funções disponíveis não são o suficiente na minha opinião). A solução que encontrei é jogar com 3 avançados, dois falsos 9 e um avançado recuado. A atacar até funciona, mas a defender nem tanto porque não fecham defensivamente. Já tentei muitas formas de tentar fazer esta tática, daí ter procurado alguma ajuda "de fora"

@@andreguimaraes9083 creio que a melhor solução para a fase defensiva é justamente usar os alas espetados no meio de campo, mas esses alas precisam ser jogadores de banda completos que atuam tão bem ofensiva quanto defensivamente, como Achraf, Darmian, Hateboer, Cancelo, Nuno Mendes, Daniel Alves etc. Esses tipos de jogadores precisam de outros nas laterais que atuam como centrais ou laterais, como Militão, Alaba, Rafael Tolói. Tente colocar no jogo apenas um central e dois laterais, junto com esses wingers no ataque. Até agora, com o que já tentei, é a única forma de um sistema puro com 3 atrás funcionar sem comprometer defensiva ou ofensivamente

My u19 's were playing 4-2-3-1 but we recently used the 3-6-1 formation to frustrate a recent opponent. I have eleven very fit players which makes this formation very dangerous..

Don’t want them box to box, but only roam and follow the play rather than get ahead of play. Box to box on a positive mentality will look to advance a lot more rather than. Central midfielders perform various tasks, covering a player is one which helps with position interchanging and rotations
