Take Heed Mr. Tojo released in 1943 and is an American animated short film directed by Shamus Culhane. The short is a World War II propaganda film that features a character named Hook. Dave & Gareth sit down on Trash Toon's to show us some uncomfortable animations like Take Head Mr. Tojo that live in the public domain.
