i believe that the guide that will be really beneficial for you to understand them and their music would be the ultimate guide to ateez 2023 - the catch, it is pretty long though. spanning more than an hour. but it's worth it!! you're right about pirate king and treasure. the similarities in the mv are pretty easy to find out, no? well theyre the first two music videos that ateez released after their debut as double title tracks. these were both shot in morocco and the sets you're seeing them in are all free sets because at that point in their career that was all they could afford! I don't remember who said it but it is a prominent fact that it was so hot in morocco when they were filming that their shoes melted off into the sand. pirate king stages today are so nostalgic, I believe even for them because now when they perform them they are performing these songs in huge sold out venues. when they perform treasure though, instead of pairing it with pirate king they pair it with another song called 'precious' and you'll see why if you can get the time to watch a stage. they way they interlink these two choreos and songs in just - chefs kisses. Hala Hala I agree looks more aesthetically pleasing in the video you just watched but I believe you'll enjoy the Ateez - Hala Hala (Performance Video) on their official channel much more, it is regarded as a music video but you'll see the choreo more clearly and completely! It's a pretty simple video but 10/10 would recommend that you check it out. If anyone asks me what Ateez content to check out, I can never recommend ALL of their dance practices enough. Live stages and MV's are good but there is usually breaks and the choreo isn't fully visible. I love watching their dance practices because you can really see how talented they are as a group while also being able to really see everyone's different personality in their dancing.

There isn't a Pirate King other video, it was one of two videos -- with Treasure -- as part of their debut, so we got performance video for Pirate King, and the MV for Treasure. The Hala Hala you watched was released as a preview to the song. There's only a performance version of it, which you watched 4 years ago. Like Pirate King, it's all dance without "video" in the traditional sense. It's great that you're going back from forward. Would love for you to do a guide, and I reaaaally need you to see the Bouncy video and dance practice, pretty please. It's from earlier this year and is basically one of the best tracks of 2023. Aye! That Gear Second though!!! Also to be noted they come from a smaller label, so their first two videos were shot on site in Morocco I believe. I was going to mention some guides, however, I saw someone else mentioned the one I would recommend. You’ll love their dance practices and lives. They are phenomenal performers!! I feel like you’ve already reviewed their KQ Fellas pre-debut dance videos but if you haven’t you should. Hi! Thanks for reaction bro. PS> This is gonna be a Ted Talk lol- Take your time, this Group has a lot of lore and information. They come from a small company and are basically legends to the upcoming groups in k-pop. Even though, they are young themselves. They have only been in the industry five years (this year was their Anniversary and they released their 2nd Full Album after 4 years with Solo and Unit songs written n produced by them) and have changed the game. There's 8 members and ALL are incredible Performers, vocalists/rappers & dancers. They are called the "Standard of Performance in K-pop". There's only 1 English Speaker (he's still Korean), but the members try to learn English. You reacted to their debut song, Pirate King and it will be referenced in later albums n songs, as it connects to the lore, as well as their history. They were literally broke and "started in the desert". Now they have a junior group called Xikers and recently one of the members mentioned that they now have 100 staff members after starting with 10. So their company, KQ is very small n family like (though flawed still). Say my Name, made news recently as Ateez first song to be on the new JUST DANCE 2023 and Crazy Form made Atinys proud and nostalgic due to the quality and growth, not to mention it coming out on an Album with unit, solo and duo songs. Our fandom is call Atiny, which is a combination of Ateez and Destiny. As you may know, K-pop is known for lots of beat switching and lots of pleasing visuals but Ateez didn't rely on visuals, especially when they first debuted (as seen in Hala Hala). They also switch up genres a lot, rock, punk, sea shantys (lol) even softer songs. Hope you like the songs and check out their albums or past songs. I would recommend Utopia Live uploaded by Sanie, the Precious+Treasure Mix and Take me home, all on youtube but please be careful when choosing lyric videos, they mess up who does the lyrics a lot . Instead, try the user *sanie's* uploaded videos of the live dvd performances for an even insane-r experience (you'll see) even if in your free time. Also Inception is what made me an Atiny, so please react to it if u haven't already, it's just amazing. I am so happy for Ateez week :))) It was kinda incredible watching the Crazy Form dance practice and then going to Pirate King/Treasure - the newest and then immediately going to their debut. They have grown but it’s undeniable how adept they’ve been from the start. The Michael Jordan meme had me CACKLING. I think the swaggy but military vibe you’re describing is accurate when you think of the lore, which is that this is a pirate crew. Hongjoong (the guy in red) as captain and his officers here run a tight ship ;) And yes hello second gear Ateez :) Fan fact, the member San has a collection of Chopper plushies and used to keep them all lined up on his bed! The guides recommended here in the comments are pretty good, but they may be long. Member guides and lore guides are gonna be good to keep separate, I think, but if you’re interested in lore, I’d say check out guides to both! But I’d start with a member guide :) I echo the above comments about seeing the full version MV of Hala Hala. It’s considered a fan favorite track overall and one of the most unique choreos in K-pop, imo. I can’t wait till you start to learn members and their personalities and strengths, they’re all very charming and funny. It was VERY hard to pick a bias so that’s how I ended up with three biases and literally the rest of them bias wreck me regularly. I’m so excited!

Someone tell me if the author made reactions to their music videos and choreography in Bouncy (k-hot chilli peppers), Fireworks, Thanxx, The Real? If not, then I hope the author will please us with this in the future. I also strongly recommend :) to react to one of their dance performances in the early days. True, there is amateur photography from the crowd, but the picture is clear and close. You should look at what they were like at the beginning of their journey. I'm sure you'll like the atmosphere.
