I bought the ATI teas test prep, cost me 110$ and it DOES NOT go this much in depth with the material it even says to get information from outside sources! like wow really?! anyways I found your channel and its saving my ass LOL so thank you so much!

The greater the atomic radii, the lesser the ionization energy needed to steal away the valence electron. The lesser the atomic atomic radii, the greater the ionization energy needed to steal away the valence electrons.

How do you determine which element is bigger in a isoelectric series?

the size of the element increases from the element that has the most protons to the one that has the least number of protons. In other words from most positive to most negative. For example: If we had a series of "Al3+" "Mg2+" "Na+" "Ne" "Fe-" "O2-" and "N3-". That would be the correct order from the smallest atom to the largest.
