@Sacred Raisin Cakes what's crazy is that when the ball is in the air it's not even a tight spiral. It's wobbling, but somehow the ricochet off of the player is just right for it to correct the wobble and spin perfectly on the ground

Yeah that looked like a touchdown to me. Ball never hit ground, both feet touched endzone and completed the catch.

It's clearly not. The same rule is in the NFL. If the receiver is going backwards both heels have to touch not the toes.

I hope this league makes it, but it's not looking good. If they were on CBS, ABC, Fox, or NBC they would get better numbers than most of the stuff they have on Sat., & Sunday. I bet one of those networks, CBS most likely as CBS Sports on cable has the games now, could get a bargain if they threw some cash their way.

They needed to find an investor with real money who doesn't mind losing big chunks of it for a few years. From the news I'm reading, it sounds like all the players, coaches, and staff really got screwed. They show up to work one day, then got word that the AAF is done and they have to vacate their temporary housing that night. No travel allowance, no nothing. It sounds almost as bad as Trump stiffing his illegal alien resort workers.

As a resident of Atlanta, I would like to disown these guys. First off, I have never even heard of them. Watching this explains why. They dont even have Atlanta’s colors (black and red). That’s a big nono, however they do in fact suck, which makes them fit in a little bit

In all seriousness, the refs messed up two great plays that should have resulted in Iron scoring. ESPECIALLY that recovered fumble that was originally ruled as a downed play. That player that scooped the ball only had one defender to beat in a footrace to the in-zone (a linebacker) and had the play still been live, we would have more points on the board. But because the refs interfered, the best they can do is a FIRST DOWN? Are you kidding me?
