This customer sounds like a handful. At a busy fast food, drive-through restaurant why would you place another order on the spot after you already sent in a mobile order? I think there was more to this story regarding the customer - she probably got nasty with the clerks.

This McDonald's on Northside Drive the workers act like they don't want to work sometimes. The service is slow especially at night. You have to order on the kiosk because no one is at the register they tell you to order on it if they see you waiting in line. Unfortunately this is the only McDonald's close enough to me. Don't get me started on Burger King next door lobby is NEVER open to the public.

The manager should be Firer and the employers that put their hands on the woman should go to jail for assault . No one has a right to put their hands on you anyway. McDonald’s should be sued ...they need to check to see if they have cameras in the parking lot .there needs to be some type of accountability for physical assault..

This incident will most likely cost the franchise owner or McDonald’s as a whole a lot of money. Whether by lawsuit or a decline in business. When you are in food services, better yet fast food, you will encounter all types of people with all types of attitudes. If you are sensitive or easily annoyed, then work in the back and not the window. The customer might not always be right but because they are a patron it is still your job to provide good service. Without people buying then you have no job. Same thing with call center work.

Is it me or is anyone else noticing that these fast food incidents usually involve women? For some strange reason customer service and women usually have a bad ending. Customers getting shot at, boiling water thrown on them and sometimes they throw hands. Who ordered a Mc Scuffel? Now McDonald has to give away a new toy with each meal, introducing the McGlock meal for that customer who need to defend themselves against a hostile fast food worker ( make sure that the safety is off before you complain ).

The video is missing. The boiling water incident at Taco bell was very telling who started what. No video here no way of telling what is true. Be glad though it wasn't hot boiling water or hot oil.

It’s the east coast or just Georgia in general… all the employees at all these restaurants or fast food places have attitude every time or give us the attitude because they didn’t get the order right. Then they want to fight! Just had a similar situation last night at a Taco Bell on Abercorn the manger told me to come to the front. I took that as she wanted to fight. I had my kids in the truck and all. ALL THE RESTAURANTS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED IN GEORGIA. They don’t care about customers or the money. They just don’t want to work and get paid for not working.
