My late husband was like this dear pastor.He fell for the sob stories,he was manipulated,taken advantage of,poisoned,He suffered greatly before he died.Those people who took advantage him were not in his life when he was sick and dying.I tried to warn him,our children tried to warn their father.

This is why a female pastor needs to ALWAYS have a male with her when she ministers, especially to a male. I was an armorbearer to my former pastor, who was a woman. At any sign of danger, I was there to "handle" any situation that may arise. My thoughts and prayers go out to the pastor, her family and the church. We have to watch as well as pray, everyone!!!!

She was heartbroken because there are many times when my mom has put herself in danger to show love and spread the Word of God and she has been protected. I'm a social worker too and I stopped doing home visits years ago because it isn't safe especially for women or in my case as a Black woman. I used to do outreach ministry at church and whenever there was a man that needed ministering one of the men would take over and we would minister to the women. I see this a lot in our churches where the women are in harm's way out of having a bleeding heart. This one really hurts 😢

This makes it horrible for people like myself, I am a totally blind single mother of three children. It’s really ridiculous because it makes people like her not want to help people like me. This guy should be locked up for life.

Her family begged her not to try to help him…that says a lot! We are still in a whole and entire pandemic. This is not the time to be doing anything with anyone in person who’s not a person we live with. There are too many other ways to help people without having to be with them face to face; phone, video chat, etc. Sad that many people in the church have little to no discernment, do not pray about decisions before they make them, and/or ignore the spiritual and natural warnings and red flags.

This is a tragedy and devastating news. So many things went wrong here. Why didn't this woman refer a man to minister to this man,? This woman Pastor shouldn't never have been alone with this man or any other man by herself. I believe that this tragedy could have been avoided and not had happened if this woman would have never been in this man house alone. Everybody cannot be saved. To many Christians don't use their mind and common sense, bcuz they are so spiritual and naive. It's better to pray for people and and let the Holy Spirit deliver these people and work on them. I life was much better when the Lord told me after years of Praying that I could leave my husband alone. My husband was on crack cocaine for 141/2 years. When my husband made up his mind to leave that drugs he was a good man. After all that he only lived 5 years than the Lord took him. Bless the Lord we the help of the Holy Spirit to minister to us. I use to and still have a heart for ppl and at times I've put myself in potential danger trying to help ppl, but I've learned through the holy spirit that I can help them but be wise when doing so. I can't help everyone in certain ways but you can help all by praying for them. I still help ppl, but most times I say a prayer for them, they don't have to know.
