Leave 'Pastor' aside. He was the mayor. A public office holder. It was in the interest of his electorate to know the true nature of their elects. An enemy with dangerous intentions can easily use such secrets to hold the man to ransom that can work out to their grave detriment. Such exposés are par for the course & necessary for all occupying sensitive positions in the community. Moreover, the man put those pics out there himself thinking he was getting one over everybody else! In this case, they simply gave more publicity to his own publication.
