It's so cozy, and convenient it's easy to finish your basement and your bedrooms upstairs. Than trying to finish off your whole house with furniture. I say it's nice. Good job.

OMG! The perfect home! I absolutely love this home. The design and decor is just on point. The Master suite, guess and laundry down stairs is ideal for me in this home. The master is so cozy, I could spend hours in there. The master bath is beautiful and spacious. The elongated room would be perfect for my two grand daughters and their toys. Love the other two rooms with the jack and Jill bath. The kitchen is a dream...plenty of cabinet space, love the decor. The family room is inviting, great area for a big screen. The little dining area by the stairs is gorgeous along with the great dining room up front. The unfinished basement, I would leave that to the imagination....but its much extra. Now this would be my dream home.

This channel is what I need during these times...This is beautiful and love that the master suite is on the main level. Very spacious basement and deck for family gatherings. That fire pit is perfect for Fall and Winter👍🏾

I love this house! It's laid out very well. I love the bath tub in the master. I like how the laundry room connects to the master bedroom, the mudroom and the garage. The basement is spacious and I can envision a competition size pool table in there. Thanks for the tour! Looking forward as always to the next one.

This house is beautiful Janice! The outside detail let me know it was detailed inside. The craftsmanship is great. The black and wood in the kitchen and mud room, yes! The master bedroom wall panels are beautiful and I normally DO NOT like panels(the entry way great too). The black doors are a favorite of mine recently. I love this house... so much space and the layout it perfect. Thank you Janice! This is it. Trying to get to ATL!!!

I love 💕 this home 🏠 the exposed brick 🧱 in front of the home grabbed my attention right away. The master suite is phenomenal with access to the laundry room sold me. The details and high end finishes are wonderful. The unfinished basement is a plus, and the deck is beautiful. The backyard is definitely the kicker for this property. Thank you Janice, I am finding out what I like. This particular layout fits my personality 👍🏽👍🏽
