Property Tax? HOA fees? Landscaping? Add all those peripheral costs and it adds up back over $3500 a month average. You will need buyers with incomes of $120K+ just to make financial sense to buy at these prices. For Texas, $150-200K is more reasonable.

Average payments including principle, interest, tax, hazard insurance and PMI is $2,000-$2,800 for prices $225-$300k in this community 👍🏽 add $45 dollars for monthly HOA. And incomes can average starting from around $50k with low or no debt.

Lol, for a house similar to this in Chula Vista or Temecula CA the price would be 600k-800k with a more expensive HOA and a monthly melo Russ pay of $600 since it’s a new community. Higher property tax on a house 1.5 times cheaper is not crazy!

Ask ASSESSOR office to know property tax of this house, never trust real estate agent. Could be around 7k & goes up w inflation.

This area is growing a ton. The area has an ire rural feel but it’s actually getting quite packed with good shopping and it’s close enough to the new 249 tollway to be convenient for commuting. The area is safe and family oriented.

That is not an option in most cases unless you time it out when they are selling the actual model home and buy that one which they won’t sell until they are nearing completion of the neighborhood or section
