Love this floor plan and especially the second level with all french doors in living area. Also kitchen and dining area nicely arrainged. Also the fourth floor was stunning. Thanks Janice for this fabulous tour, one of my favorites so far.

What’s not to love about this property from it’s bright and airy nature to the gorgeous floors to the glorious sunroom! It even has an elevator. Good work Ms.Carter.

4 bedroom w/4.5 baths , this is luxurious convenience (like having 4 owner's retreats in one; super nice). Thank you for sharing.

Another jackpot winner. Love the use of shiplap, brick, and wallpaper for accent walls. Beautiful staging! And the elevator is a definite plus. Bravo!

I like the exposed brick and the lighting. Having alot of sunlight is key to a happy home.
