I haven't even finished looking at this video and ALREADY this is my dream decor and design! It has all necessary needs and wants - fireplace (3), basement full of space (with natural sunglight), outside deck, and just stunningly beautiful overall. And it's cheaper than one house you posted w/o a fireplace and deck. I love this!

I love this home. It's the right size for me; Especially with me having no children, being young & single. Not too big, not too small, just the right square footage, right number of bedrooms, right number of private bathrooms. I love house with a powder bathroom. Love that there's still a formal dining room. I like that the basement is both finished & not too big; Me personally I don't need a huge basement. Love the natural light. Lots of storage. I love house (s) home(s) with gas stove/oven. This house has a lot of features that are on my check list. Thank you Janice.

Janiiiice!!!!! This home is a gem! It’s beautifully staged. I love the warm colors used throughout the home, mainly the wainscoting in the formal dining room. I love the French doors for the owner’s retreat (The fireplace in there is 🔥🔥🔥.). And so is that basement! Just beautiful! Hell, I’m a have to watch this again to truly intake all the beauty. Definitely adding this to my luxury home playlist so that I know what kind of dream house I want when I move to Florida. I don’t know how you’re going to top this one but keep ‘em coming, lady.

I loved this house, the exterior was nice and the color contrast with the dark paneling brought out the decor in the room. My favorite feature was the ceiling in the hallway to the dining area that was nice, it gives the home a sense of mystery and magic. I loved the kitchen and the lighting features excellent job on the decor, you get a real sense of HOME. Lots of natural lighting, I was really shocked that I would like the dark doors but again it works with the color contrast throughout the home. I loved the master suite, very inviting and cozy, the split closets in the master bathroom, loved the sitting area and the fireplace. You truly have a fortress within the home. Nice, big laundry room and mini kitchenette was an added plus. I loved the spacing and decor in the rooms, the open space between the rooms was my must have for a home. The basement area was stunning, the huge window area with sitting space has it's own tranquility. The entertainment room would definitely get plenty use for family gatherings. That unfinished area has potential for another bedroom and bath. This home has it all, even the patio was stunning. Tip the builder, this was definitely one of my favorite top 3 homes you showcased in Atlanta.
