I put my atlas out of place weightlifting 9 years ago. I have had a fainting feeling and been unable to drive my car. I have had my atlas adjusted hundreds of times by chiropractor. I have been your exercises for 3 weeks . My fainting feeling has gone and I have been able to drive my car again. Thank You for this Miracle Healing

Thank you very much for sharing your videos. I did the jaw one and this neck one, and the way that you explain the relationship between the bones, and muscle, trigger points - and the importance of what is needed to help fix issues is so good. Understanding that we don;t open our jaws fully, and carry tension this area, which means we really need to open up and extend the muscles, or, that we need to stretch out our neck muscles in a particular way so that the atlas can reposition and align itself, makes to much sense. Many thanks for the careful explanation and techniques to help ease pain.

This one is most helpful video on this topic that I could find, since it addresses the cause of the atlas misalignment and not just the way to 'fix it' manually like chiropractors do.

Hi there 🙂 Thanks for sharing your experience with us! We're sorry to hear that you've been suffering from a stiff neck and discomfort for so many years. 😞 Hence, it's great that you've found and tried our exercises that can help relieve your pain and treat the actual root of it. 🙌🙂 Although our exercises can be tough and painful, this is necessary for them to be effective and a sign that they actually work. 💪 Just remember to go slow and steady, and always aim to reach no further than a nine on your personal pain scale from 1 to 10. A ten is just too painful and you have to tense up, but a nine is an intense pain that still allows you to breathe calmly. Remembering this pain scale ensures that these exercises are performed effectively and correctly, but you're not harming your body. 🙂 This is also explained in our five pillars of practice at the end of this article that you should give a read! 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-atlas Make sure to practise daily for at least two minutes for real results. You should notice a big difference soon and it will a bit easier for you every time you repeat them. Please keep us updated on how you get on and how you feel! Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

Thank you so much. I have migraines all the time from issues with my atlas/tension in my back. Even went to a chiropractor and asked specifically for exercises I could do at home and he would just correct it himself but never gave me stretches to do on my own. I’ve had a migraine all day and tried your first exercise and felt a significant difference in minutes. Honestly. Thank you.

Wow, this is amazing. I knew I had out-lasted my ordinary prescribed stretches years ago, and needed more. The chiropractor fixed the car accident subluxation years ago, but whenever I used "the wrong pillow", I'd get annoying clicks in my upper neck. This much more vigorous chiropractic stretch really helped. I look forward to seeing if tinnitus and internal/external ear pain is reduced.

Ok I have learned so much watching this. Partner and I are experiencing a lot of issues due to neck tension. Symptoms vary between balance issues, hard to focus think, and concentrate, and tinnitus (symptoms between partner and I) . Its quite literally been horrid these past four years. I believe it all happened when we both went through a traumatic period. Of course, its linked to bad posture as well as a lot of stress/tension. Both of us are attending chiropractic treatment but are also looking into deep tissue/sports massage. Not to mention doing exercises at home.

I was suffering post concussion syndrome tinnitus anxiety headaches for 9 months and finally found a NUCCA chiropractor who is helping a lot. Been 9 weeks but my symptoms came back quite a bit after accidently catching a thin branch while walking under a tree that caused my head to jerk back... but not too quickly. Anyway this set me back about a week and a half and I would be wary of pushing yourself to a level 8 pain in stretching like this. Maybe if you can't afford a professional give it a shot but obviously stop after a few days if it gets worse. Most upper cervical chiropractors say yoga type stretching is great to do and it helps me as well but you have to let your alignment hold for real healing and to me this stuff is risky.

Nov 27th (2 weeks ago today) to had an sudden onset of hearing loss and LOUD tinnitus in my R ear (only). About a week earlier I had neck pain in the atlas area and along the right side of my neck. I believe this is related as during July 2021 I had a similar incredible neck pain with tinnitus. About 2 months later I had a major disc hernation that went into my foraminal opening along my C6-C7. I had foraminotomy/discectomy surgery Dec 2021 and the tinnitus and hearing loss went away when I woke up (as well as regain of strength and tingling went away).

I went to chiropractors for 25+ years until nine of them would "adjust" my cervical spine any longer. I have cervical degenerative disc disease, arthritis, and facet Joint syndrome. I've had acupuncture, PT doing many different stretches and exercises, spinal injections, and massage... none of which have helped rid me of this severe pain. I was told 8 years ago that I should have artificial disc replacement surgery. I wish I could come see you. I am at a loss of who to see or where to go anymore, as I lose more quality of life as I age. I eat an animal based diet now (3 years) after being a vegetarian many years, no processed food, sugar, alcohol or seed oils. I stay as active as I can manage with light weights, vibration and use multiple devices to keep me halfway mobile. I am 5'5" and weigh 120lbs and am 67yo. Can you give me any suggestions other than to keep doing what I'm doing? Thank you for sharing your expertise and explaining your technique so precisely. I'm following you, so perhaps I will gather some more tips.

@Liebscher.Bracht_EN
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Dave! 🙂 Thanks for your comment! Although we can't properly evaluate this from a distance, we suppose that our exercises might help you if your deafness is caused by too much tension in your muscles and fasciae. Especially, if all the scans don't show anything, this could be an indication of excessive tensions, because they can't be seen on any scans. Therefore, just give these exercises a try and see for yourself how they work for you! You could also add our tinnitus stretches to your daily routine which can release muscular-fascial tension in your jaw, neck, and around your ear. 😊👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-tinnitus For best results, remember to practise daily for a minimum of 2 minutes. 💪 Please update us on your progress and results - we'd love to know how you get on! I think it would be better if you didn't expect people to do such an extreme amount of pressure in the holds, nor for such a long amount of time, TO START with. I certainly need a more gentle start, to experiment with and get used to the discomfort of these stretches. Fifteen seconds with only a moderate pressure to start; then one could pretty rapidly increase it up to the general range of what you're recommending here. What you're recommending (maximum pressure for two or three minutes) is prohibitively uncomfortable and will probably make many people quit. Just saying! But the stretches themselves and the rationale for them is excellent!

@Liebscher.Bracht_EN
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN 2 жыл бұрын
Hi Lisbeth! 🙂 Thanks for your question! Although we can't promise any success, our exercises have already helped many people with their atlas problems and upper cervical instability. 🙏🙂 So by exercising regularly you could treat the actual cause of your problems, release any built up tension in your cervical spine, and avoid surgery. 💪 We've found that the instability results from too much tension in your neck muscles and fasciae, moving and pulling your vertebrae into unnatural positions. If you do a fusion surgery, this doesn't help to solve the underlying cause, so you can still have problems and suffer from pain. Therefore, we always recommend you to try our exercises first before resorting to surgery. In our article on atlas correction you can find more detailed information on the causes, symptoms, and treatment methods, as well as further tips on how to perform our exercises correctly. 🙂👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-atlascorrection Give it a read and start exercising to help yourself naturally - so hopefully you can soon live a pain-free and healthy life without surgery! 🙏 Best wishes, Hannah from Liebscher & Bracht

@Liebscher.Bracht_EN
@Liebscher.Bracht_EN 2 жыл бұрын
Hi there 🙂 Thanks for your comment. If your pain gets worse at the beginning, it's very likely because everything is waking up and progressing. Your muscles and fascia start to respond to the exercises, which is actually a good sign and means they are working. If that's happening to you, we recommend repeating the exercises regularly, even though it might sound wrong at first. But this is how you can counteract the pain and get pain relief in the long run. 💪 In our experience, most causes of pain are due to excessive tensions in your muscles and fascia. The problem is that you can't see or find them on any x-rays or MRI scans, so they often remain undetected and people just have to live with their pain. 😞 Therefore, we've developed our pain therapy that is designed to target and release these tensions, treat the underlying cause effectively and get rid of your suffering - naturally and sustainably. 💪🙂 For more detailed information on how your pain is caused and how our treatment approach works, please check out this article on atlas correction. 👉 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-atlascorrection If you have any questions or if we can help you with anything else, please let us know.
