love my staccato xc. I have a staccato C2 duo for carry, but I just bought a Atlas NYX V2 Optic ready. Love my staccatos, cant wait to get my hand on the Atlas though.

From Canada I also hate grip safety love the 1911 platform but hate grip safety they just don't always work for my hands either. Heard they modified the Atlas safety recently

I really been leaning to the XC since lord that thing has been a literal sewing machine in videos and having tried it a little from a friend... God glass bars inbetween melted butter smooth is a understatement. Too smooth it may be illegal lmao.

sounds like they are both great guns.......for my money I would buy an atlas because you are buying a true hand built weapon not a pistol that is produced in the masses.

The Staccato is not a mass produced firearm. All manufactured parts in the US and hand fit/finished by master gun smiths in Georgetown, Texas. You can go buy a Glock at any sporting goods firearms counter, no gonna be the case with the Staccato. Facts

I have been looking for this comparison, trying to decide which one I want to buy. I will say if your veteran or first responder, Staccato will give 10% off. So the 4300 dollar gun comes in less than 4000. I wish more people would put that out there. Thank you for the vid

I've had 3 sti/staccato and they are nice. But in no way do they compare to an atlas. Fit finish, quality, accuracy.

Agreed 100%. My Atlas Athena V2 make my Staccato C2 Duo look like a toy gun.

Yeah but with that built in comp do the customs shoot Flatter than the XC that’s the question??? I’m dying to know what the recoil is on a custom atlas or infinity. Are you actually getting a gun that shoots better for the money or are you just paying more for custom and hand made parts and fitting?? Great comments!!

I don't see how you could get any better or tighter fitment than what's on my xc , it's as good as you can get as far as I can tell .

Agreed. No way the Athena is $1400 better. I might be a little biased, but this XC is a laser pointer. Plus after dealing with Stacatto’s customer service, it’s excellent. Another bonus, you get 3 20 round mags with the XC. The only thing I would change on the gun is their new grip texture so I definitely agree. Thankfully extreme shooters will stipple the stacatto grips in the dragon skin or tree bark texture with a 1 week turn around.

MrMedia636 $800 dollars is your weapon light and SRO. I guess in the grand scheme of things no, but $800 bucks is still a chunk. Me personally, if I were spending any more than the $4400 for the XC, id just go ahead and get a firehawk for 5500 to 6 grand

I own 3 staccatos and 1 Atlas Athena and it is worth the extra money. The grip alone is over 500 add up the other superior parts trigger etc. and the price is negligible. The atlas machine work and fitting is superior as well. The staccato P is awesome for the price but once you get into the XC price range I would recommend Atlas or Chambers Customs.

I own both. Bought the staccato first and thought itt was the most accurate pistol I ever shot until I got my hands on the Atlas Athena. After breakin there is no comparison. Still love my staccato but Atlas is a better gun

They are both great guns and both shoot really flat. It’s really comes down to which one YOU want.

@BigJohnsonGG thank you, in Australia not so easy to go try them before buying, unfortunately. Is one slide rack heavier than the other? I have weaker hands due in nerve issues.
