Welcome to Episode 18 of Monday Gunday, a series of gun/gear reviews by the team here at Tier 1 Concealed. We will be reviewing new and popular guns twice a month and scoring them according to our 10-category scoring system, worth a total of 100 points (10 points each). We will score:

Cool Factor
We will also perform some common shooting standards with each gun, such as the Bill Drill at 7 yards, a 3-reload-3 at 7 yards, and a 10 yard B8 test.

Nice review, and I love my Atlas Athena. If you guys stick to decimal scoring, I'd say just use .5 intervals in the scoring, because there's no way to really say if something, for example is a 7.2 or 7.3!

I've shot an Atlas Athena...and it was one of the easiest guns to go from walking to sprinting with. PS. Atlas has 3 safety sizes.

Thank you for the review! I own two Staccatos and have not shot one of these. With that being said, I feel 2011’s in general are superior performing pistols. I’m a bit confused that your “trigger” and “cool factor“ ratings were anything but solid 10’s.!

Matt at Arzen arms got me the new atlas apollo, basically impossible to get, it is a beast, nice review.
