A bit of fungus foraging. Should be good right now, but It's not been a fantastic year for wild mushrooms here in my part of the South of England - I think possibly because of unusually low rainfall throughout the summer - anyway, I headed out to see what I could find and I didn't return completely empty-handed - this gave me the opportunity to try a recipe for mock scampi (which usually means breaded langoustine tails)
