I haven't seen a match of any tournament Roddick wasn't playing at. He was the greatest personality to watch. Not a single person is able to take his place in my eyes!

And how he fought for every point, playing every point like a match point.

To be honest, I really do not like Andy (just my opinion) but Andy's the only player I watched from the beginning of his career to last. I have so much respect for his game and how hard he worked for on his game.

true those players would have won more slams, but in terms of the player that federer negatively affected the most it has to be roddick, 20 something defeats, including 4 grand slam final defeats

I think if it werent for the fact he always had to compete against Federer in his prime Andy probably would've very likely won the US and Aussie Opens multiple times and Wimbledon at least once... maybe not the French Open because he excelled on the faster courts, but still he would've very likely been a 5+ Grand Slam winner in another era.

if the draws were the same and the big four didn't exist he would have Austlain open 2007, 2009. wimbledon 2003, 2004 (maybe 05, 09) and us open 2006, 2007 and 2008 for sure

Ryan Ferrier agree, well said.

Ryan Ferrier that could be said about anyone, if it wasn't for better players lesser players would win more.

If not for Federer, you would've won more Grand Slams.
