People think they have to have symptoms when their AFib may be symptomless.

Shouldn’t a heart cath show this?? My dr. said it came back fine but I still do not feel good. My stress test showed ischemic and down sloping

Yes and no. Afib can come and go. To sometimes get it is actually kind of normal. As long as it’s rare. But it will be accompanied by other symptoms.

If you are relatively healthy and active, not imminently; not necessarily. However as you continue to get older and your heart grows naturally weaker with age in addition to less activity and more sedentary lifestyles, yes. It is important to drink plenty of fluids, stay as active as possible, reduce stress, and if you have frequent A-fib symptoms it wouldn't hurt to supplement yourself with low-dose aspirin to reduce the chance of blood clots. Consult your Doctor first however. Good luck, stay healthy. Enjoy the life we are given.
