No Soaking Dry Fruits Anymore. Make the best dry fruit cake with atta and jaggery.

Nolen Gur/ Date palm jaggery - 200 gm, chopped

Orange jam 3 tbsp
Orange zest of one orange
Whole wheat flour/ atta 150 gm
Almond powder 100 gm
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Mix dry fruits (tutti fruitti. raisins, date, plum, cherry, fig, etc) - 200 gm
