Watched this and the one attaching the wheel base. I thought I had to get a separate rig when I wanted to upgrade from my G923. Very good video and I seem to come across your channel more than once feeling it's the best for these kind of things.

Will probably use this method for my Moza SRP pedals, everyone really exaggerates how much these things flex under load yours barely flexes at all with a load cell

@collinclary5762 yea, there is some flex, but it was not unbearable. I mainly felt the flex in extreme moments, like crashing or when the wheelbase would clip. But about 85% of the time, it was fairly smooth. Let me know how your setup turns out. Thanks for watching!

Thx, have the dd pro on this seat with csl load cell pedals. For that, zip ties are enough to keep the pedals in place. Thinking of upgrading to v3s, this vid shows it’s possible 👍 Is your wheel with the boost kit? Wondering if the seat can handle the extra power…..

@Tonic yes, I have the boost kit. The PSC does fairly well with the DD.

Thanks for the video. Thinking about using Fanatec on a Challenge. Does it still fold up with the Fanatec pedals? Also, Playseat sells a rug to protect your floor.

Yes, it still folds up, but you will need to use the large velcro strap for holding the G29 pedals to hold the PSC together.

I am considering to upgrade to a load cell pedal. I am actually using the CSL pedal set. I’m a little bit worried that the playseat isn’t sturdy enough for the LC to operate properly. Are those plastic screws strong enough to hold the pedal frame, when you apply heavy force?

The screws that I used in this video are metal. The screws that I used held up without failure. I would not use plastic screws to make this attachment because there is too much force behind braking. If you are referring to the plastic zip ties, they did not break under braking. With the way that I attached the pedals to the PSC, the metal conduit hangers take on biggest part of the load from braking. You will really enjoy load cell pedals! @@JCCollinsRacing thanks for replying so quickly, I guess I didn’t make my question clear. By plastic screws I meant the two red screws on the original challenge frame that used to adjust how far away the pedals are placed from you.

@@JCCollinsRacing I now lean towards the CSL Elite V2, I think I will be able to mount the back end with similar method, since its exactly 275mm apart. however, the alignment rod will have to support all the force put on the brake pedal which is basically hanging in the air if the alignment rod is gone. that make me a bit worried. And also, I uploaded a video explaining how I setup DD Pro with playseat if you are interested.
