Too bad that she like the other Titan shifters that infiltrated Paradiso didn't realize the full extent of the situation and just how untrustworthy their overlords the Marley were. Plus, they didn't even think to try to bring proof to the people in the walls to get their support since they are of the same ethnic group after all. Then again, no one outside of the walls (besides the Marley leaders) knew just how insane the Royals inside were and how they wiped the memories of all the citizens living inside the walls in some obscene pacifism scheme. The people inside are therefore innocent and don't deserve the homicidal and treacherous activities enacted by these Titan shifters.

in the manga it looked like Annie was winning. then she ran off to climb the wall then that's when mikasa plays her part of cutting Annie's fingers. then eren ripped Annie apart

She was winning. Eren was the largest threat, but there were other potential threats so she tried to escape when Eren was weakened.

@@thus.spoke.zarathustra Yeah, but we've seen this happen multiple times in a lot of movies and shows, where the composer made a song for a specific character or idea an then the director just decided to use it as they saw fit because it was epic. Like when Youseebiggirl part 1 is used the moment Eren activates the Coordinate even though Sawano literally made a song called Eren the Coordinate and we know Youseebiggirl part 1 is the warriors' theme. Also, this music is used at the end of Annie's OVA and a part of it also plays in season 1 when she is crying after being defeated by Levi. Eren already has a lot of themes, like Eren the Coordinate and Vogel im Kafig, while Annie has none, and that's also one of the reasons why I believe this was supposed to be Annie's but then got used for emotional/epic value afterwards. They used it again in season 4 in a scene that had nothing to do either with Eren's Titan nor Annie.

The Berserk form doesn't reappear, however, if you look at what Eren says and his Eye color during Berserk there's an explanation to what happened, but it's a big spoiler. Try to read the manga cause the last chapters are Lit! The important thing to Say Is that there's no plot armor in this scene (i was worried too): it's cool cause It seems that Isayama at the time perfectly knew how he wanted to proceed with the plot. Sorry for my bad english!

@@katsukibakugou5718 bcs she was so tired after win against tons of soldiers and eren (when his titan was normal) then he gone crazy and the female titan didnt saw him bcs he runned behind annies back so after eren smashed her head she managed to take him out of her way and escape till mf mikasa interrumpted the fight for cutting annies titan fingers when she was almost at the top of the wall, and after falling and obv damaging sm herself eren ended her :)
