The ability to move and contort our body while in the air can increase our hitting window and power. Here are two examples of how we can move our body to produce maximum power even if the set is not in our ideal hitting window.

Informative, hard to track your own movements at those speeds though. Is there a camera set-up you recommend for recording players' swings?

Just an iPad. I like the app Bust a Move. It gives you video delay so you can rewind and look at the swing/pause/slow mo. I use it for all my athlete training

What do you mean by releasing tension in the chest? And like when do we want tension in the chest? Also when you mean chest do you mean upper body?

Take a breath in and then release with a breath. That release allows you to be more flexible and change your upper body to create more angles
