Just one of the biggest sins he committed that forced me to break up with him was he cheated on me, not once, but multiple times throughout the entire time we were in what I thought and FULLY treated as a SOLID real soulmate/ twin flame relationship and he showed absolutely no guilt, remorse or understanding or took absolutely NO responsibility for the fact that he knowingly cheated behind my back whilst declaring his undying so called faithful loyal love to me. His arguments back to me upon confronting him with the truth were absolutely atrocious and laughable because it was so ridiculous how he justified his morally wrong behaviour. Its like for example- him justifying killing an innocent person by lying and saying well the innocent person wanted me to kill him. - this is how ridiculous his justification was. So I felt hugely scammed, utterly betrayed, heartbroken, shocked, confused, sick, terrified, upset, hurt and at this point very, very TRAUMATISED. It caused me a series of panic attacks and severe anxiety that I lost a bunch of weight, became severely malnourished and was rushed to hospital. The entire 2.5 years I was with him was just 1 big fat lie. I have been battling with this trauma since last year but time and active healing as started to take affect and I am way better than I felt last year at this time where I was still in deep depression. Whilst I devoted my true pure healthy love, affection, loyalty, faith, kindness, trust, generosity, sweetness, dedication, and money, and time into him and introducing him to all my friends and family as the greatest guy I had ever met and the one I want to and intend on marrying... he was shockingly living a completely different life behind the scenes of what he was fully portraying to me. He promised he was loyal and faithful to me all day long everyday we were together, but was in actual fact doing completely the opposite behind my back. Seeking girls to literally sleep with and did so multiple times with multiple women without me knowing. It was absolutely shocking, sickening, heartbreaking and disgusting to me when I found this out and immediately at that point, I knew he was mentally sick because no healthy man in their right mind does this and acts/behaves/conducts himself this way. He was living a double life, you could say with a facade/a fake pretty mask firmly planted on his mind until the mask started to crack as he reveal his true..but very dark, disturbing, upsetting and ugly colours. He just strung me on a series of empty promises and filled with lies. Did he truly really love me? maybe, but it was in a very sick dysfunctional way, as he believed to be in love with someone meant you could do every sin behind their back such as cheat, lie, steal , as long as their partner doesn't know about it or accepts him for who he is and tolerates it. When he told me this, it just kept confirming how sick and disturbed and mentally ill and dysfunctional and messed up he is. the thing is.. after researching so much about his mental condition- i,e narcissistic personality disorder., which he is not aware he has and denies it till this day- I found out that they are so deeply hurt and messed up inside, that they work so hard to put on this FAKE mask that they show to the world, suppressing all their negative emotions as they cannot bare to face it. So on the surface, they live a life of illusion. They create an illusion, as they cannot bare to face their deep rooted s**t so to speak. They will never do the inner work and work on themselves, they give up immediately at the thought of meditating and going within, because they cannot bear to face their demons and by this point, to become a narcissist, they have too many demons to eliminate. My heart hurt so much I had to bring relief to my pain and thoughts that I researched alot to figure out and understand why he did what he did and what the nature of this mental illness is. They are the one with the issue , not you, so I had to work alot on building myself up again and loving myself, knowing that I will indeed attract true healthy love and the nightmare is indeed over and in the past now and thank god I am out of that toxic relationship and never have to see him again. This was a life lesson for me, albeit a brutal one. A lesson to teach me to love myself and to heal, become wiser and gosh I did learn so much. I do feel like a new wiser Kashmeer now with a new set of eyes . God however blessed me greatly in cutting of the toxic relationship when he did and making me realising the toxic person I was with and forcing me to break up with him when I found out he was cheating on me. I was far too tolerant in brushing all the other red flags he showed under the carpet as I believed in his empty promises of becoming a better man, getting out of his debt, and making so much money that we'd be able to settle down and buy a house etc. Of course he is so deep in debt and he had no intentions of saving, paying off his debts and becoming a responsible sensible financially stable man at all. Narcissists are wreckless foolish teenagers trapped in adults bodies. Thank you God for saving me from him . Now I moved on with peace. During this time I learnt so much about what it meant to be truly mentally, emotionally and spiritually healthy. and what it truly means to love yourself. Narcissists do NOT love themselves, they infact HATE themselves. They HATE and despise themselves so much they quickly seek and live off the value and production of others as well as their money, time, validation and approval. They cannot bear to give love to themselves, hence my ex poisoned himself of every toxin you can imagine and continues to do so, as well as scam other people. Until he gets a great awakening by God, he will continue to suffer. If anyone is overly nice to you and sweet to you, always question their motive and see if they are being FAKE or Genuine. I know and see all the red flags now. If anyone is going through a toxic abusive relationship, my advice would be -GET OUT- do your research , self educate- you should never allow your significant other to make you feel emotionally manipulated, emotionally abused- trust your gut instinct, if he or she doesnt feel right to you and make you do things you do not want to do, and you feel bad and upset about it- RUN, that is your higher consciousness telling you that this person is not right for you and he/she is damaging and toxic to your wellbeing. I ignored the signs I felt when I was with my ex, because I had no idea about any of this, I trusted everything he said, to the point that I questioned myself for feeling bad when he would for example make me spend my money on him while he was broke. I now am an expert in spotting narcissists of a mile off, and havent attracted another since, but a multitude of earth angels! From this like I said in my very 1st email, its been nothing but blessings I have been showered with! Goodness and strength always comes out from a seemingly negative experience . Now I am able to help so many people with my new realised wisdom

Y’all this deadass works I think I’m gonna update daily: *Day 1:* so the guy i had in mind while using this subliminal is one of my closet friends and one of my only guy friends.
