டவரில் 700 பேர் தங்கியிருந்தால் அனைவருக்கும் ஒரே பிரச்சனை இருக்கும். ஆனால் இங்கு அதிகபட்சமாக 25 பேர் மட்டுமே உரிமைக்காக போராடுகிறார்கள் அதுதான் பிரச்சினை. 700 பேர் இறங்கி போராடினால்தான் தீர்வு கிடைக்கும். கிராமத்தில் இருப்பது போல் எந்த பிரச்சனை என்றால் கிராம மக்கள் அனைவரும் ஒன்று கூடி போராடுவோம். நகரத்தை விட கிராம மக்கள் சிறந்தவர்கள். நகர மக்களுக்கு அவர்கள் ஒருபோதும் ஒன்றாக வாழ மாட்டார்கள்.

Same issue we are facing with Temple Waves, Amarprakash apartments. After association took over the charge from Amarprakash for maintenance, now lots of Corruption with the new association members, poor maintenance and too much of maintenance with lack of amenities, No Club houses, Children's park and Play areas. Without EB connection and other basic verification how the tenant ate occupied? 3. Why the people in the apartment have not raised to compliment to Government of TN? 4. I stayed there in F2 apartment. Daily septic tank lorry in the night taking the drainage water and dumping it near to the apartment and bore water is taken in the apartment. Imagine one day it will spoil the ground water and they will be using the same drainage water. Before buying the house first see the drainage water treatment plan and source of drinking water because these two r the main thing for living. Thank God I vacated from there😊

எனது தாய் தந்தை இருவருமே கூலிகள் . நானும் படித்து சென்னையில் நல்ல வேலையில் இருக்கிறேன் ஊரில் சொந்த வீடு கட்டி இருக்கேன். 1400 sqa செங்கல்பட்டில் இடம் வாங்கி வீடு கட்டி இருக்கேன்.1200 sqa கஷ்டமோ நஷ்டமோ நமக்குன்னு கால் கிரவுண்டு இருந்தாலும் சொந்த வீடு இருக்கணும்... இந்த நாத்தம் புடிச்ச அப்பார்ட்மெண்ட் எனக்கு தேவை இல்லை..

Just shift your residence out of the City. With the amount for purchasing the flat, just travel for one or two hours to reach the work spot. Don't buy flats go for individual house with atleast 600 to 900 Sq.ft. just travel one or two hours. You and your family will be happy.

It's not about individual houses or apartments.. both have pros and cons.. within the Chennai limit it's not possible to buy a house for upper middle class or middle class families.. apartment is beneficial when you don't go for long storey buildings ,having multiple towers and other luxury facilities.. go for apartments which have 4-6 houses ... you wouldn't face such problems and maintenance expenses also will be very minimal.. i own a apartment which has 6 houses on total.. we haven't faced any big issues so far and maintenance expense comes around just 600pm.. when you go for more luxurious life these kind off problems occurs even after paying huge amount of maintenance expense.. People who are eager to buy individual houses can buy only out of Chennai going forward..so for people in Chennai apartment is beneficial and safer...

அதி,அதிமுக அரசின் நிர்வாகச்சீர்கேடு, அரசு அதிகாரிகள் தொடங்கி மந்திரிகள் வரை ஊடுருவி இருந்த ஊழல் இது போன்ற பிரச்சினைகளுக்குக் காரணம். தற்போதைய அரசு இதில் தலையுட்டு இந்தப் பிரச்சினைகளைத் தீர்க்கவேண்டும். அனுமதி கொடுத்த அதிகாரிகள் மீது கடுமையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

Forgot to mention about the tasmac culture. Every nook and corner u can see those shops. Kids are seeing that , is that a good example or a good environment for kids to grow?? Teachers are not paid well. After all simple doubts they are unable to clear. Mbbs engineering seat kedaikathavan take a B ed and become a teacher. And those teachers teach ur kids. They don't use proper grammar while talking. They are teaching ur kids how to mug up that's all. Then how Children from Tamilnadu could crack national level exams. Think from grass root level. I got really fed up so I shifted here. I am really happy to live a peaceful life here. No political intervention can be seen in public life. I don't have to bribe public servants for my work. Tasmac or school license won't be given to political leaders in Kerala. Anywaysssss

Chennai is still not matured for apartment living. Take examples and model from Mumbai and Delhi or Pune. I saw so many apartment complexes in OMR and nearby areas without proper access road and basic amenities. People have purchased because they want independent living and trusted the builders. Unity is strength. Join together and approach the authorities.

Nothing will happen, all these builders are very well connected to the local corrupted government, and this how it use to be in Bombay and Noida area , police won’t take any actions on these builders .
