I am a proud Canadian Marshmallow fan that watched it from season one to the end. I must have started during middle school and ending during high school. My math teacher actually recommended the show in class once 😊

I know a lot of people didn’t like Jackie but I always like her character because she played a dislikable person really well. And if you think about it she was just like Veronica in a sense because she was misunderstood. She just didn’t have the same security in herself as Veronica did. I admit I also felt like a proud parent when she was in Thor Ragnarok

Yes to TWOP and the think pieces. It was in the 3rd season where we were already picking up that VM is stuck in her damage and how she couldn’t let go of things. And now in her 30s and she’s still that girl... it’s conflicting. She did become unlikeable and that isn’t “super hero” of that’s how they want to label her. It’s like she did grow a but in the movie and hopefully she actually did evolve, but then the noir format requires that the PI character is damaged.

I wish they would have killed a character that wasn’t adding anything in the season instead….why take away a character that could have shown such an imperfect marriage dynamic. It’s realistic. I’m over Veronica and all her diff love interests lol *realizing it doesn’t matter since it was cancelled* ):
