Fun fact: James English was a member of our gym for years. I've been a member since 1981. My brother owned it from 2017-2023. I'd go in at around 2 a.m. and James would be in there at that hour at times training and filming for his youtube channel. James and John Cena are our claims to fame at Hard Nock's in Massachusetts. @@RobVigeantRVJ Seen you online a million times tearing arms off. Yes, Hard Nock's is still alive and kicking. My brother bought it in 2017 when Dave Nock passed away. He sold it in January 2024. We've both trained there for decades. It's a hole in the wall, but that's how we like it. You're more than welcome if you need a gym locally. Not sure if you'd know my cousins who went to Newburyport High - Jeff and Craig Dupere.

Auden will probably be in his prime/peak sooner than Devon did, but it is improbable that Auden's prime/peak will be greater than Devon's (see "regression toward the mean" with heritable genetics)...

He’s so much further ahead of where you were at his age mostly because of YOU as such a great inspiration and role model, one that he has direct access to for all aspects of the sport, mental & physical at all times. Yes, him having the drive and “want” to be an arm wrestler in his own right is very important , but he has literally born witness his whole life from what he’s been around with you that if he goes all in then he can be one of the greatest in the world to ever do it!💯💪🏼 Wishing all the best to Auden (and you & your family as a whole) on continued health, growth & success!

Nah, I live within an hour of Devon. It was close to 30 Celsius (85) since Saturday and Southern Ontario has beautiful weather. Snow and cold in winter and hot in the summer till the end of september but also into October. It can be 75 to 80 in the middle of October. I know, I've had to split wood in it. Nothing like beautiful Southern Ontario nestled like a Peninsula into the great Lakes and the St. Lawrence river. Thousands of beautiful fresh water lakes, rivers, waterfalls and beaches. Cottages and campfires... Come over the border and check it out... As our Ontario license plates say, "Keep it Beautiful"

Two things. 1. It is a show match. That doesn't mean Auden and his opponent aren't good arm-wrestlers, but of course being the son of Devon Larratt is what got Auden on East vs West. 2. Devon is 100% acting a bit when pulling Auden. You can't tell me that the guy who just beat Ermes and Denis is getting easily pinned over and over again by his amateur son lol. Again, Auden is great, don't hear what I'm not saying. Let's just be real here as well. Two things can be true at once. Auden is my second favorite arm wrestler behind schoolboy so don't take this as hate.
