Thank you for the video. I had similar problem but in my case blower stuck because of cold weather.

I think that water got into the air blower through the cowl vent grille because of the leak under the windshield. Due to the low temperature, water froze and ice stopped the air blower. I removed the fan and heated it in a warm room. There was a glass of water inside :), now it works fine.
