2004 Audi A4 B6 Ultrasport
Car Has a Performance Chip, along with a BMC Performance Air Filter. Not sure which brand the Performance Chip is, it came with the car. About 235hp with a lot of Bottom End Torque compared to stock. I have owned a Chipped 1.8T B6 and a stock 3.0L B6 a few years ago. In my experience, unless you have a fully built 1.8T, having a Chipped 3.0L B6 is way more fun for a daily driver. You have instant Torque around 1500 RPM and it pulls really nice and strong from 1500-4000 RPM. Very nice for passing in city. I found that the fuel consumption is about the same.
I didn't get a chance to record the whole project because I forgot to bring my camera some days. There is a list of everything that was done below. The car runs perfectly now, drives like new.
I wanted to keep this one as stock as possible because it is my daily driver. There was a lot of stuff that started leaking or stopped working on this car. You know, the typical Audi BS... seals, O rings, gaskets, belts, window regulators, windshield wiper motor....But it’s all simple, just time consuming. So it wasn’t too bad.

Taking care of simple maintenance things go a light way and these cars are reliable for daily. My 1st A4 I drove daily for a few years except I was constantly updated/upgrading it at the same time lol it’s a fun car

I own a b6 avant 1.9tdi for 8 years done 250 000 miles. So i will let u know that this car is my f best m8 now.. I have changed front window regulator mechanisms, all 4 ruber brake pipes,reconditioned my self all 4 calipers before they start go get rust on pistons as the seals were getting old, removed water drainers rubbers parts behind ths fire wall so they don't built up gunk and get blocked, took apart turbo but realised just wasted my time because it was in mint condition because of my dayly hard driving, one wheel bearing just because it felt a bit on a week side,alternator swap for a bigger one, two coolant pipes that go behind the engine vibration puts a bit of wear on them so i just decide to go for a new ones and the obvious cam belt often oil change, brake fliud, steering fluid flush and fresh ones, resprayed wiper blades twice now due to a lot of hig way drivind still own it and drive it to this day and damn i have no regrets. Drivers door wiring harness had cracked wires now but fixed! All genuine parts trust me sometimes its a lot cheaper as well.. I have now changed the whole suspension bushings myself well it was a bitch that pinch bolt on front arms but the rest ain't so bad i did it because i am going to keep it for longer and for these years and milage it deserves it because it was treating me well all these years. Who is thinking to buy it buy it but be careful people drive them and just sell them some are still good.

I purchase my b6 1.9 TDI (130hp only) avant 2 years ago... the car has almost 20 years, but stills solid, no rust ... i will restore it , all of the car, it will be my first project. Since my divorce i said to my ex wife. " u can keep with everything, but i want the car." Its done 😉 im in love with my car. Thank u so much for sharing with us 🙏

Yeah, really fun car to drive especially with the 3.0 na. when you have 220hp and 300nm, not huge amount of power but its nice :)

I have been looking for a video that captures the very essence of the A4 Quattro 3.0. It's short, sweet and to the point. I also own this car. I was impressed by how much power this car has. When you say go, it says "WTF are you waiting for, I'm GONE!" I know, stupid joke. lol. I'm just saying this is an awesome video that demonstrates the Audi A4 Quattro 3.0 quite well. I can highly recommend the TDi 130 sport. I had mine for 7 years and took it to 253,000 miles on the clock and it was still tight as a nats chuff. And it returned 50mpg driven sensibly. What's not to like ?!

I'm about to remake my 2.0 Gasoline - Engine on my B6 compeletly. With Pistonrings and all. If I'm ready, and she runs well, I'm gonna do something like your build. Everyone said, that I should give her away, that I should sell her, but that's not possible for me. I see it as a challenge and I'm gonna accept it. I love my Car, but there is very much to do, not just the Engine

You need to take off the door panel in order to replace a gasket inside the motor bay😵 wow ! Thats different, lol just kidding 😬 I thought it was going to be a vid of all of this aftermarket parts, sometimes the oem parts makes the car more interesting and beautiful than a bunch of aftermarket stuff, this is one of those cases no need to add more to make it better looking, good job! Nice and clean looks brand new😊

Hey man, great video. Thanks for making that. I bought my first Audi, the B6 A4 3.0 Quattro, and am really motivated to get it running right, as you did with yours. Couple of questions: Did you do all the mechanic work yourself, or did you get a shop to do some of it? Did you have problems with the vacuum lines? And lastly, what coils and plugs did you go with? Anyways, again, thanks for making the video.

Matthew Blair, yes I did all of the work myself. I got a buddy to help me out with the Timing belt but that's it. I haven't had any problems with vacuum lines. I used oem Audi ignition Coils. For spark plugs, I just got platinum tip from local parts store.

Funk Sevsxn If you get a really taken cared of Audi, then you're good. It won't need much maintenance unless you're doing stupid ass shit that can cause you to spend more and more money, so just take good care of your car.

I don't have issues with mine. I know there is something you can buy to make the error code go away if you have that issue. It's some module or ballast, I don't remember what it's called exactly though, sorry.

I've got the 2003 A4 B6 2.5tdi Quattro Sport (180) Manual Saloon in full black leather interior with 120K miles all stock and clean inside out. Is it worth keeping? is it going to hold its value knowing all the electrics will soon dominate the roads?
