AUDI A6 2.7 TDI SERPENTINE BELT REPLACEMENT

Hello everyone, in this episode I will show you how to change the transmission belt on an Audi A 6 2.7 tdi from 2009
To do this, you have to remove the entire front bumper and headlights from the car to be able to put the radiators and the front part in service mode.

This belt snapped on our car. We didn't notice it. Then the car just suddenly stopped no smoke no liquid no loud noises what should we do ?

If Only The Transmission Belt Snapped you're fine for now. Just replace it with a new one but I recommend you to check all the giudence pulleys and the tensioner and also don't forget to check the crankshaft pulley from the bottom because they tend to fail.

I got a 2008 2.7 tdi but I don't have the rollerwheel on top as you do? u know why? (7:09)

Not sure if you still need it but there a 2 Versions of the Pulley System. If you are missing the small pulley then you need a different serpentine belt. The length of the belt without the extra pulley is 2460. In the video he used a 2490 belt. The 2490 is 30mm longer then the 2460 due to the extra pulley.

Not really. It's not worthing the efort and scratching elbows. Just remove the necessarily parts and you'll be fine.

No ofence bro .Whe i heard “16” i was ready to grab the key than i notice is to small ,than i’ve watched the video one more time and i saw u there showing the key with number 60 on it. Thanks !
