This test made by our partners in London, UK, on Wednesday 27th July 2017. Test was made on Audi RS4 with 66k miles.
Machine for Engine Carbon Cleaning is HCC-5000 which produce Oxy-Hydrogen Gas, up to 35 lit./min.
Between two tests of power and torque, this engine was treated for 30 minutes with 20 lit./min.
Test results are amassing, like we have extremely good results on emission tests.
Oxy-Hydrogen Gas.

Nice video, had it done to my Stage 1 2008 TT with 70K miles on the clock and the result was absolutely brilliant. Car is daily driven and been fed only V Power over the last 2 years of ownership. Prior though the car was barely driven for about 7 years so I reckon the carbon build up was mostly from that time. No amount of Italian tune helped either. The HCC clean sorted out a misfiring on cylinder one and rough cold start idling. Much better torque and smoother power delivery that doesn't break traction nowhere near as much now. Highly recommended. Will be doing it every 2 years.

Its down on powerr because the Rs4 is direct fuel injection, the only way to clean and restore the power is to removed the inlet manifolds and clean the inlet valve ports with a wallnut blast. Im not saying this tech does not work, im sure it will but just not on a direct fuel injection car. Im also stunned why you made a video with this car. I own a B7 Rs4 with 128k on the clock so i do know what im talking about and you can get a wallnut blast done for £450 now and that will restore all power pretty much back to when it come out the factory.

We don't care what car is it, on every engine the results are similar, when clean carbon deposits with this technology and exactly the same procedure. So, what additional can be done, we don't care right know. We are presenting our technology. Thanks for suggestions. Brg.

what happens with the oil deposits that get pulled off the intake along with the carbon ones that turn into ash and then get into the dpf , assuming it has a dpf ? how do you get burned oil (ash) deposits out of the dpf after the "cleaning" process ?

During the carbon cleaning process, in the combustion chamber happens chemical reaction between Hydrogen molecule and Carbon particles, which create hydro-carbon bonds (HC) in gaseous state. So, there is no ash or any other kind of solid state form, which can be stucked in DPF. P.S. Hydrogen molecules (H2) are well known for chemical reaction with other elements and that's why is in massive use in industry. Hope you're satisfied with the answer. Best regards.

I have read the explanation but non the wiser.. rs4 v8 has 420 bhp after test your showing 355 hp. is bhp wheels power and h,p crank or something?

No, you didn't read explanation and you didn't watch video. Where you see or read there is decreasing of the power and torque? What installation of the kit? There is no any installation of anything. Please, if you are interesting, watch a video. Tnx.

i would also add to people just had the wall nutt blast and was down 25 bhp and they stated to get this done. Awsome gear and will clean from below the inlet manifold down to the tip of the exhaust. My rs4 smokes on startup this is the carbon that has not been removed. Its night and day the results. I never dynod the car before and after the HYDRO clean, and i say this as they are propper sketchy methods out there this is the propper way to get the power. There is no smoke on startup and the power band seems smoother and the car is more responsive. I gave it a week after the dyno and a week driving with the hydo cleane after the wallnut blast. wallnut blast you see with your'e own eyes what has been done and feel the power and throttle respone. Hydro clean you get the old girl ou the garage and you see no smoke and to drive you feel that little edge that was missing. Would love to see another video on a non diret fuel injecction car like a old banger with high milage, before and after on the dyno. people would be amazed

Obviously does something but does not de coke the intake valves. This is a 420hp car running 355?? 65hp could be freed up with manual cleaning. On a port injection engine this is a great method to clean up but on a direct injection not much

You are right about differents in results between types of injection - results of the HCC service is even better on direct injection, because of carbon build-up on top of the injectors, which cause bed injection. After the treatment, resaults are like you saw in the video. For truthfulness of test, you can contact this company and their owner, who made test personally. Best regards.

hi can someone tell me what I'm missing here? rs4 is 420bhp or there abouts, out the box. is this a s4... crank or wheel power🤔. this is not the first time seeing this...theres a rs4 on here, that's been supercharged, and they said something less then factory power after the kit was fitted...?

Only reason why it went out alittle is because once on rolling road will burn a lot of carbon as you wouldn’t be able to put that power down on the roads... so by smashing hell out the car it can unclog all sorts and reduce emotions so that is why it went up on second run

Test was done several times before and several times after Engine Carbon Cleaning with Hydrogen and the results before and after was the same like in video. So, you are wrong. Second, the owner of this Tuning garage don't have the same opinion like you, so we have more trust in professionals with huge experience. Thanks for your comment.

You can't have any reasonable results from just one measurement before and after the procedure. Measurement error was not taken into account. Multiple measuring runs and the results derived as an averages would be required for proper comparison. Until then this video is misleading and tendentious.

Hi Erik. Thank you for your comment. This company which made test and doing tuning is very professional and the owner participate personal. After carbon cleaning process, power and torque test was done several times and the results was better and better each time. The owner was interested to see the machine, process and results. Be sure that this guy would not approve promoting and video publishing, if it found something different or saw some errors or doubted the success and benefits of the process. To him, like us, reputation is on first place. Several years after this video, today, we have more and more satisficed customers of the machine, even we are not aggressive with marketing.
