AUDI TTS FULL KONI SUSPENSION INSTALL

In today's video Michael upgrades the entire suspension on the Audi TTS with a set of Koni full adjustable shocks all around, new control arms, subframe locking collars, anti-lift bushings, and mag ride delete kit! Let us know what you guys think and be sure to like, comment, and sub!!!

Really good video, I put the stance coil overs on my TTS along with the mag ride delete kit.

Decent video guys will have to go with similar shocks for mine when the mag ride goes, looking to lower mine this month

INFERIOR COLD ICE nope, stayed relatively the same if anything maybe dropped it a fraction of a small degree. Nothing noticeable

As a follow up, how does the ride feel comparatively? Compliant, comfy … or a step stiffer and “sporty”? I’m after comfort without it becoming a barge. I really liked the idea of the KONI FSD / “active” shocks… but none for the mk2 that I can see.

hello there!what koni are these? did you like the ride of the car? did you see a big difference to mag ride?

These are the Sport version. The ride is excellent at half adjustment on the shocks. When compared to blown mag ride shocks it's a night and day difference. I can't comment on how they compare to a functioning set of mag ride shocks since I've never driven one without blown mag's. Thanks for watching and commenting and please subscribe! If you put the KW cancellation kit on the back shock absorbers would the mag ride work on the fronts?

Excellent question! I don't have the answer to that. My assumption is YES the front shocks would still work as the KW Delete modules trick the mag ride control module in to believing everything is working as it should. I suggest you contact KW directly to receive an exact answer in any event. Cheers and stay tuned! We've got a big project coming up for the TT :)

@@michaelhooboob The reason I ask is I think one of my rear shocks are leaking.I own a TTs mk2 8J like yours.So I was going to replace the two rear shocks with the Koni ones and plug the KW kit in to those leaving me with to spare KW cancellation modules

@@strikeeaglemodels1588 I'd say if you're over 60k miles just replace all the shocks. The fronts are more work, but you'll be much more pleased with the ride.
