I was today years old when I discovered this band. Holy shi# how are they not on repeat on local radio or XM? Their music is pure gold.

Clickbaited me with the gorgeous drummer as the thumbnail. Thought it would be some sweet female vocals. Instead I get rocked with some gritty, bluesy, garage rock...and I loved every second of it.

I don't know what is it... her shyness, his calm and controlled rage, the magic going between their eyes, whatever it is, it's amazing! I would watch them play live for days!

Why the hell is this band completely unknown? It's nice music, it has energy, it's not boring and they complement each other pretty well. Crocodile Tears especially great.

Little Hurricane's records are great but the live performances are fire! Nothing beats that gritty sounds! GET IT!

Pretty amazed how huge his guitar sounds. A bass would add to it, but he really carries the sound with just his guitar. Very impressive to be playing so cleanly and big while also singing. That's a very unforgiving sound to pull off. Any mistake would be clear for everyone to hear.

Man I really love when they start going back and forth with the "hold me back" "hold me tight" on the second song. I'm not sure exactly why, but I just really love that little interaction. I diggin their sound overall. It's kind of all over the place and wild; like they pulled little things from other bands/genres and meshed it all into one to make their own unique sound. And it works so well. Definitely looking forward to checking out some of their other stuff.

Celesta Spina is definitely in my top 5 drummers. She's got the laid-back power-blues of John Bonham, but she's damn precise as well, especially considering she has no bass player to lock in with.

Ok, am I the only one who was kinda shocked when C.C.'s first words came out of her mouth? The way she was playing I thought maybe they'd kinda growl out or at least sound raspy and ready to punch someone. I didn't expect the totally innocent, sweet-little-girl version. On another note, really like to hear a bass, then maybe a baritone sax chirping in from time to time on this song, just imo. I think it might flush it out a bit. Maybe being in a smaller space was a concern for them. It was excellent, either way.

Gah!! There are a handful of youtube videos I keep coming back to for music performances (1) White Stripes - Under Black Pool Lights (2) Polyphia's playthrough of Chimera and (3) this one. Little Hurricane has the most soul and style I've seen from a rock band in a long time. I seriously feel it down to my bones every time!
