Yes, very true. Was it last December, just before Christmas that the UK Government decided to review the current UK legislation of the current Human Rights Act. Reviews are often done to push boundaries, and see how far the Government (including academics and other instituions) can get away with re-writting a new Human Rights Act that will favor State corporations over the people they supposedly serve and (cough) protect. All sounds very Roman, doesn't it. Not much as changed in 1000's of years on Earth, just the same old games dressed up as new ways to surpress the human population.

33:47 - The lawful definition of 'Precinct' needs to be established ('Courtroom', and 'Building' are self explanatory) As this act dates back to 1925, the definition may have lost its original meaning I thought the definition of a 'Precinct' was a 'Walled area' (ie the actual structure itself!) Of course this has been muddied a bit too, by our Transatlantic cousins flippant disregard for the correct application of words, & using the right words for wrong reasons, and wrong word for what they think they'd like to use it for Black Law Dictionary, or Blackstone's might help here
@uktokers2 жыл бұрын
This is something I’ve looked into at length in the past. The word precincts was unclear even before the bill was passed back in 1925, with confused MPs trying to establish its meaning during debates, including discussions on whether or not it should include the highways/streets outside the court, with no clear conclusion (yet they still decided to enact a law despite not agreeing/understanding its exact wording themselves). In 1968 an MP asked the Attorney General if he was aware of the confusion among the police and press photographers over the interpretation of Section 41, arising from the fact that the word precincts has never been judicially defined and whether he will take steps, by legislation or otherwise, to clarify the matter. Although the Attorney General stated that questions had occasionally arisen over the precise extent of the precincts of the building in which a court is held, he did not think that any great difficulty had been caused by this or that legislation was required.

@@uktokers I would guess it's been left vage, so that the "Feelings" of the complaining authority can be applyed.
@uktokers2 жыл бұрын
@@geezerp1982 It’s obviously not that simple, which is why legal definitions are often defined within the acts themselves. As I previously mentioned, when MPs were debating the bill before voting on it, they couldn’t agree on the definition of precincts. The word has never been judicially defined and the Attorney General has been asked to officially clarify its meaning multiple times without success. This is all on public record. At no point have I said that something was automatically outdated because it was old so I have no idea what you’re going on about in your second comment. Attention to detail doesn’t appear to be your strongpoint.

Could tell you enjoyed the back and forth with them and showed great respect by not showing the private conversation of his personal stuff! Always far better than every other auditor out there!

@Thomas Doran Not really he's just a bit self concious and uncomfortable because he's being filmed and he knows he's not capable of outsmarting FP.

This is one of the best audits I've seen. You really have a great style without being aggressive or confrontational. They were just playing in your hands and you exposed their unreasonable and illogical arguments. The last guy was the only reasonable person who knew the law. It is sad that the other people working there don't know the law or want to apply law that isn't applicable. Perhaps it is too much asked of a person dealing with maintaining the grounds. I had a good laugh when she didn't want to give her name in the end, but thought she was entitled to know yours. What is wrong with people nowadays always demanding to know other people's business? Anyway I had to subscribe and I'm looking forward to see more videos.

Karens. Honestly you can spot them a mile off nowadays. No wonder the system from top to bottom has issues when you have people who will go against the law and try to dominate you in every way possible.

She had the Karen scarf. I don’t know if it is a dress code or something, but women who wear scarves for purposes other than for keeping warm tend to be rather self entitled.

I love FP. He just demolishes their ego's. Loved the clips you made up of the newspaper. Effing brilliant FP. My personal fave is 'eff all has happened'. Reminds me of the Private Eye cover when they printed the front page 'Woman has a baby'. Genius.
