The very least that anyone should expect to happen to these officers, is a severe reprimand. That cops behaviour is a prime example that would give anybody lawful excuse to defend themselves again. Guaranteed it would have escalated even more but the payout would be worth it. Just always make sure you film such encounters. People need to start wearing spy cams so they are unaware of been recorded. Show them for what they really are when they think the cameras are switched off.
