I took my first audition since college last year. I was so excited and practiced every day. Somehow, one of the pieces on the list did not make it into my radar. I had no idea it was on the list at all until the audition day when they announced the four excerpts we would play. Boy did I panick. Found a very sweet person who let me borrow their music. Frantically sight-read for 10 minutes ( I was one of the earliest auditions ). As you might imagine, I did not win the audition hahaha. Amazing.
