Hi Justin. Good you are taking it at a slower pace and still down 20lbs! Way to go! I also love that you are updating when you can. No pressure. I read about the mirror and I can't use that thing 😭. Need IOS system or whatever the Apple/iphone system is called. I love my android. Plus you must have their monthly $39 membership. 😲. I am still interested as I like having a live classes apart 😁. If only they can have the android system then I will consider it. I look forward to your opinion of the Mirror when you try it out .

You’re doing amazing - intermittent fasting always works for me too but the mental battle I have to go through to do it is so draining 🥴.
