Pissed = Drunk, Pissed off = Angry.

"Drop the bastard" doesnt mean the tray. Hes refering to all the drinks as a bastard

Yes, thanks for clarifying. “Give me a tray or I’ll drop the bastard.” = “Give me a tray otherwise I’ll drop all of the drinks.”
