The budget of the movie was $80 million (543 crore rupees) that is the reason why cgi was so perfect and mind blowing.

Regarding 9:29 Thanks for the video guys. Hi Tanya. Actually there’s a profound, societal message to this movie. It’s abt the importance of birds in the entire ecosystem. Without em, there will be no life sustained on Earth. Whenever phone companies increase network coverage, more birds die due to increased radiation. So that’s why Akshay’s character in the movie reaches a breaking point and starts taking revenge on society at large.👍🏿

543 crores were spent. But many mishaps like original company going bankrupt, etc happened and some money went just waste. So 543 cr purely didn't went into budget. If all the money were utilised till the last money, the movie and cg would have been way better! But this was way beyond than what Bollywood could offer currently!!
