Honestly, it really depends on what your family enjoys doing for fun and your over lifestyle. Most of the city suburbs in the Austin area have a lot to offer families.

This is spot on. Houston has better food lol the professional sports scene is really cool in Houston as well. I think Austin is very culturally unique

That's a good question. I will tell you that Austin is considered Silicon Hills which is an extension of Silicon Valley in CA. We have pretty much every major tech company here. With that being said there are also good opportunities in Houston which is much larger than Austin.

Austin has less traffic than Houston , no hurricane and flood like Houston that's why I changed my mind and move to Austin last few years.😀

Houston has way more land mass and wider city limits. It's less expensive for sure.

You can definitely get more for your money with regards to housing in Houston.

Texas is the place to be. Houston has some high salaries in finance and legal as well.

Hey there! There might not be a master-planned community in Austin that directly mirrors Cypress or Bridgeland in Texas. However, Austin does have several master-planned communities known for their amenities, green spaces, and planned development. Being off the Gulf can make for some very humid weather. I swear every-time I'm visiting family and go outside I have to come right back in and shower.

I love that both cities are so different. Dallas is more similar to Houston I think. Hopefully San Antonio can become cooler. It's too boring to keep up with the rest lol

I can tell your a real estate agent, a lot of information you was bias to with Austin. Houston is way better and bigger in every topic you brought up. You can be in sales and still be honest.
